Summary: Overall, I would highly recommend the product. HR and Payroll are a breeze to administrate! Work out the kinks with Customer Service and it would check all the boxes!

Positive: This is by far the best HRIS system I have used. It is easy to navigate for both administrators and employees. It interfaces with our recruiting and accounting software. Reporting capabilities are amazing. Thank you for such a user friendly product!

Negative: Reaching Customer Service can be time consuming, but they are helpful once you can get to a live person.

Summary: It is an easy-to-use tool that significantly streamlines workflow and saves time for both human resources staff and employees in general, as it also encourages employee participation by allowing them to update their employment data and necessary documentation. TriNet has provided a useful way to manage payroll, timekeeping, benefits, hiring and more without hassle, in a single resource at your fingertips. TriNet is a practical, easy to implement and use portal to streamline tasks involved in human resource management. Highly recommended.

Positive: I love the simplicity, practicality and effectiveness of using TriNet to perform human resource management tasks. The TriNet interface is intuitive and easy to use for any type of user, and provides everything needed to quickly and efficiently manage our human resources department and the lifeline of each employee from hiring to termination.

Negative: Undoubtedly the response time from the customer service team, sometimes it is frustrating when you need quick or immediate answers or solutions.

Summary: Human Resources tools are basic and essential for a business to manage employees. For this, I use the TriNet tool. It provides complete management from worktime to employee performance.

Positive: Great graphical representation of employee performance.

Negative: I never encountered any problem with this platform.

Summary: Every time when I reach out to customer service, the staff are very well trained and knowledgeable. Additionally, the fact that TriNet take care of submitting withholding taxes is just perfect. Once less thing to worry about.

Positive: We have used TriNet for a few years now. We switched from ADP, and we love it. The interface is super user friendly, dashboard gives you a good idea on where you are standing with your payroll, and even phone app is very simple to use. I really like the reporting tool as compared to other payroll admins.

Negative: Live phone customer service reps would be great. However, email support is pretty quick to respond. Every time when I reach out to customer service, the staff are very well trained and knowledgeable.

Summary: It provides an effortless platform to manage employees. It helps to ease payroll. With benefits, I can easily manage and check employee progress and job profiles. It's a great HR platform.

Positive: TriNet makes it very convenient to manage business employees.

Summary: TriNet has really changed the way HR is done for our school. We are able to handle a professional level of HR services with very limited time on a day-to-day basis. It has really helped to automate the way we do benefits enrollment, employee time & attendance (which flows right into payroll), managing PTO, and the employee onboarding process is so easy to do for both the employee and employer.

Positive: The level of integration and ease of use on the user end makes this a great solution for any employee. Our employees given a stress-free experience starting from day one, with an intuitive onboarding process, and an easy to manage portal for their day-to-day HR needs.

Negative: If you're using TriNet as a payroll provider, the level of customization is somewhat limited. However, customer service has always been helpful to the needs of our business and new features are constantly coming out.

Summary: Overall, myself and our organization are thoroughly satisfied with the product and I would highly recommend growing organizations check it out!

Positive: We are utilizing the platform for onboarding paperwork, background checks, etc. mostly, but we also utilize the org chart feature which is extremely helpful for new and old staff to reference. The platform itself is extremely user-friendly. There are templates preloaded for different employee types so you have a really great starting point for onboarding new staff. The org chart helps simplify staffing and is a great resource for not only new hires, but existing staff as well. When onboarding a new hire, it takes care of all the necessary forms, background checks and alerts you when an employee has passed each step. I would highly recommend Zenefits for a busy company looking to simplify its hiring process. The training resources available on the system were in my day 1 todo and are very helpful.

Negative: I don't have many things to say against the platform. When I first started using it in in 2019, the mobile app was a bit difficult to use, especially when viewing documents as they would get cut off, but it would appear that the company has fixed this issue as I do not have this any longer.

Summary: Overall, Zenefits has been an incredible partner to us and we plan to be with them as far as the eye can see.

Positive: Ease of use, great customer service, they invest heavily in their core product AND roll out new features regularly. It suits a growing business and allows us to scale with the product.

Negative: Zenefits reporting could be a bit more intuitive and I would like to see them incorporate device management/onboarding like Rippling.

Summary: I think Zenefits is a great choice for small businesses because it is super easy to use. I used to joke that it was my personal assistant. I also love the clean design - and UI. They keep it simple and that saves time.

Positive: Hiring, onboarding, benefits management, payroll - all super easy to use. The mobile app is awesome for employees.

Negative: Would like more integration for international employees and contractors.

Summary: No better value in the industry. Very happy with this platform and the ease of use and time required to set it up.

Positive: Easy to use for payroll and time clock management. Able to set everything up for ease when performing weekly tasks.

Negative: Some reports are a little difficult to set up or are duplicated.

Summary: Having been using one of the big giants for payroll in the past, we were a little nervous going with a newer small company that completely cloud based. I can tell that the last four years have been fine, and we haven't looked back.

Positive: Easy to use dashboard, all encompassing HR and payroll services. On top of that, very affordable, which is great for a small business like mine.

Negative: There was a recent update to the system that required some getting used to as far as the dashboard layout and how to get reports. But after that, it has been smooth sailing.

Summary: We bounced to multiple systems over the last few years and are happy to have landed with Zenefits finally.

Positive: Zenefits has a beautiful user interface, makes customization easy, and simplifies our new hire onboarding process.

Negative: Switching systems is always tough. Zenefits transition team made it easier though

It makes it super simple to add and employee, have their W4 info at hand and secure. It has changed we have transitioned from a huge 30-60 page binder per employee to an easy to read and easy to control platform it has been a game changer.

Negative: I guess perhaps, wanting some integrations with other apps like Monday.com that we use quite often, and it's not a Con per se just something that I would like to see.

Summary: We signed our contract with Zenefits in December 2017 and were up-and-running in time for the first payroll of 2018. The tool is fantastic. In addition to consolidating and digitizing multiple HR process the mobile nature and user-friendly format makes for a good experience by the end-user and the back office.

Positive: Ease of use, easy implementation, cost-savings, user-friendly interface, mobility, innovative approach to HRIS

Negative: Customer support could be better; there used to be a premium package but wait times have been long.

Summary: Has streamlined our virtual business immensely. Our processes used to feel very convoluted and now everything is quick and painless and the transition was effortless!

Positive: All our HR "stuff" is in one place, easy to access, fast to use and saves us so much time. We had to wrangle so much information and forms previously and now we can access everything from our Zenefits dashboard. Fantastic!

Negative: I don't have any cons - I do think it would be cool to integrate an org chart building tool.
