Most tools in this category are one-click writers. You get a draft, unsourced, and somebody still has to check it. Mastheads works the other way round.
Every article starts with research against real sources and carries its citations inline. It is written in a voice you set - tone, reading level, audience, banned words - under a real named byline rather than an admin account. It then passes through independent desks that edit the article rather than grade it: sourcing, standards, fact-check, quality and an editor-in-chief. Any of them can hold it back.
What reaches you is the article and its trace: the sources it used, the checks it passed, and the ones it did not. Nothing publishes on its own unless you switch that on for a domain, and anything published unattended carries its EU AI Act Article 50 marker.
Publishing goes to seven platforms: WordPress.org, WordPress.com, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot and GoHighLevel. WordPress updates the same post in place; the other six create a new post each time, and the panel tells you which before you press the button. Draft-only is a full mode if you have no site at all.
For agencies and portfolio operators the unit is the site: up to 20 from one dashboard, each with its own language, country, sections and authors.
You own every article, and you can export all of it - Markdown, HTML, or a whole-account archive - whenever you like.
