Summary: Love to tool and can't work without it. Ever since I have Wordtune I find that I need to spend less time on mundane tasks.

Positive: I lot to use it to bounce ideas and get suggestions. The new spices feature is really cool because I can write a simple sentence and then add some additional sentences using Wordtune's AI.

Negative: I wish they had an outline builder. I mean I write my own outlines usually, but sometimes for landing pages I prefer to outline using a tool.

Summary: This platform helped me to be able to have a more complete and professional writing within the company, it also helped several colleagues to be able to have a better writing when communicating since there was always confusion within our work environment regardless of which platform we used. With Wordtune you can make more direct, solid and plagiarism-free content since it maintains the originality of the texts and the ideas raised at the time of writing them.

I have had more consistent paraphrasing than other platforms since it shows me more creative suggestions depending on the tone with which it is chosen, thus being able to polish all my texts regardless of who it is addressed to and what platform is used with Wordtune. Although the Premium version is not that expensive, it is essential to be able to test the product well before being able to purchase an annual or even monthly fee. So if this platform could expand a little the writings that you have, you could get more out of it before being able to definitively acquire the product.

There is no application available both in the Play Store and in iTunes. It is essential to have this application also on mobile devices since it could improve writing without having to be on the computer all the time, since it would facilitate mobility. There is no way to have this platform within Windows or Mac. applications which I personally require certain fixes and are not available for the web version, so it would be easier if you could have this platform like other similar ones for desktops and improve my text without the need to use the browser.

Wordtune is not available to be used offline, so if a constant internet connection is required since if it is not there, it does not work. Regardless of whether it is available for the desktop version of Office, it is not possible to make corrections if you do not have an internet connection, which also has to be stable, otherwise the writing suggestions will not take long to arrive. So this point of opinion must be taken into account since if a text correction software is required that can be used offline Wordtune is not the indicated platform since at the moment there has not been any indication that in future updates you can use this tool to correct text.

Summary: Very very good, would highly recommend. The best rewriting tool out there currently and the most robust I've seen. The integration into Google Docs is very helpful.

Negative: Originally their pricing gave you a lot more rewrites in the basic plan. There are some platforms out there that are similar that will rewrite paragraphs in a batch on your behalf. This tool requires you to go through a document manually in batches of a few sentences or a paragraph at a time. That's less ideal if you're trying to do a quick rewrite and edit.

I like that it has several modes of use since I can choose between defining something, going through providing analytical data (although sometimes you have to check said data so that there is no inconsistency and that everything is true) and you can also explain something in more detail without losing the meaning of the sentence, I even thought it was great that jokes can even be included in the text and that in turn the sentence does not sound so informal, making it look more processional in the work habit.

Negative: * I don't really like that it has full access to the keyboard since it can cause sensitive user data to leak, by this I mean the iOS application since in order to use this platform with mobile applications you have to give full access to it. keyboard, therefore, everything I write will be registered by this platform, being very insecure. I understand that this platform needs writing data to be able to recommend suggestions, however, it should have a mode in which it is a separate keyboard which can only be used in certain applications or that is easy to change in case it is needed when sensitive information such as passwords will be entered. For me, security is important, so I don't think it's very safe to say that we have an application that is tracking everything that is written, since it can be dangerous for any user, even more so if a vulnerability is found.

* There is no application in the Play Store so I do want to use this application on my Android phone which I use to do my work I will not be able to do it, so I have to use this platform via the web with all the sites which has to use Wordtune to improve what I want to communicate. I have tried the iOS version and I have found it very useful to have this platform in the palm of my hand to answer emails, text messages or WhatsApp and I have greatly improved my communication since the message that I transmit with Wordtune has been very clear And when I have to explain something and it is not very well understood, it is enough to apply the rewrite of this platform and good results are achieved, making my message understood by the other person.

* Wordtune's technical assistance is quite poor, I had problems with the billing of the premium subscription for teams, which at first instance everything was correct, working without problems, but after a few days I did not have access as a premium user, instead my user I was with the free version. I checked my bank account to see if there was a refund and I didn't find anything, so I assumed it was an error on the platform and not a subscription rejected for some reason. So, I decided to send Wordtune through the different channels and the attention was very late, even more so when I did not have access to the advantages that the plan offers, which is to have technical assistance since the free version does not have that benefit. After a long time, the problem could be solved, but I have noticed that I am not the only user who has had this problem, so I should open a section that allows users to report billing problems when a premium subscription is contracted, causing the problem to be solved more quickly.

Summary: I thought paying per month was worth it until I needed it the most. Now I can't talk to anyone, app is crashed and I feel like this sums up the experience; fantastic for when you don't need it, inconsistent for when you really need it. Very upset.

Doesn't matter if free or premium. At any moment the app could just crash, and "tough luck". Don't know why I paid premium just when I need it most to crash and no one responsive to help.
