    It does everything well, and although it tends to get a little pricey as you start to scale, it is really worth it due to the full fledge of features you are able to get.

    Positive: HubSpot is the premium CRM in the market today.
    I think the best part is how well it scaled for us at the earliest part of our journey to the later stages as well.

    Negative: I think the major drawback of HubSpot is how quickly it can get expensive if you are scaling pretty quickly.
    If you need to do a lot more with your CRM service, HubSpot is a good choice, but you might need to pay a premium, especially if you are looking to switch to the enterprise version of the platform.
