Nice "prior art" you have there, of course you're comparing a list of samsung design concepts from 2006 to the actual iPhone released 2007. Journalist had predicted Apple was releasing a phone for years and released artist concept photos, it would take nothing for Samsung to claim those were their design. This is what Samsung smartphones looked like in 2006.

No. Patents encourage innovation, otherwise someone would come out with something great and everyone would just make clones of it, there would be nothing new. Yes samsung I'm talking about your clones, please make something new, we had new and exciting phone designs before the iPhone why can't we have that now?

I did the same. When it came time to move it was cheaper to have a trailer hitch installed for $200 and rent the uhaul trailer for $20 a day with unlimited mileage than it was to rent a uhaul moving truck just for a weekend. If I even need to haul anything large I'll just rent a trailer now. It's very rare that I'm out and see a fridge or couch I must buy and take home that instant so there is no need for a truck. I even bought new interior doors recently and those fit fine in the SUV. My father drives a truck but I think it's because he's overweight and feels more comfortable in a truck... in fact that's probably why many Americans buy large trucks, the seating area is much larger than most cars or SUVs

Google is the worse for tying customers to their services. Sign up for email and suddenly I'm getting flooded with google+ garbage I never wanted or asked for and there's no way to disable or opt-out. And now they want to put our real names on every youtube comment we ever made? Talk about invasion of privacy, and people thought apple was bad for having a walled garden of apps. Anything that stops google sounds good to me.
