Comment Re:Drone Snowden's ass already (Score 1) 488

Incredible. I had no idea this happened. Sadly, it's not particularly surprising.

Hassan al-Turabi, the firebrand preacher and speaker of parliament at the time – now he is a fierce critic of the government – told the Monitor after the attack that "Islam is now entrenched" in Sudan.

"The [US] president wanted a target, and on his list Sudan was there," Mr. Turabi said in 1998. "This is a terrorist act against Sudan, a terrorist act."

The effort to neutralize Mr. bin Laden with missiles would instead "create 10,000 bin Ladens," Turabi predicted.

I simply cannot comprehend why people will defend these warmongers, these murderers, who are responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of people. Not only defend them, but elect them for the position of president.

Hillary's war was Libya. She championed that one. Approx 40,000 dead, the country in shambles, unstable, increased terrorism. People should be marching her into the Hague courts, not to the White House. Witnessing the stupidity of today's voters now completely explains to me why people wound up with murderous dictators throughout history. They're gullible, lazy, emotional, and simply don't care to look any deeper into the issues than what they're told by those who are propped up in front of them and labelled "experts".

Submission + - Visualizing Clinton's emails from MIT media lab. (medium.com)

An anonymous reader writes: Cesar Hidalgo faculty at the MIT media lab put together a visualization tool for viewing the leaked Podesta emails. The tool neatly shows the inner circles of Hillary's staff. Even though the tool doesn't show any smoking gun for conservatives or absolving of Clinton for liberals. Cesar was bashed for being a Trump supporter, even though he is Clinton supporter. Data-set visualization here https://clinton.media.mit.edu/

Submission + - GUCCIFER 2.0: Info from inside the FEC: the Democrats may rig the elections (wordpress.com)

An anonymous reader writes: From the GUCCIFER 2.0 blog:

I’d like to warn you that the Democrats may rig the elections on November 8. This may be possible because of the software installed in the FEC networks by the large IT companies. As I’ve already said, their software is of poor quality, with many holes and vulnerabilities. I have registered in the FEC electronic system as an independent election observer; so I will monitor that the elections are held honestly. I also call on other hackers to join me, monitor the elections from inside and inform the U.S. society about the facts of electoral fraud.

Submission + - CEO's message jolts IT workers facing layoffs (computerworld.com)

dcblogs writes: IT workers in the infrastructure team at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) were notified recently of their layoff. They expect to be training replacements from India-based contractor HCL. The layoff affects more than 500 IT workers. But this familiar IT story begins a little differently. A few days before employees were notified in mid-October of their layoff, HCSC CEO Paula Steiner talked about future goals in an internal, company-wide video. Steiner's comments weren't IT-department-specific, but the takeaway quote by one IT employee was this: "As full-time retiring baby boomers move on to their next chapter, the makeup of our organization will consist more of young and non-traditional workers, such as part-time workers or contractors," said Steiner in the video. What Steiner didn't say in the employee broadcast is that some of the baby boomers moving "on to the next chapter" are being pushed out the door. "Obviously not all of us are 'retiring' — a bunch of us are being thrown under the bus," said one older employee.

Submission + - Clinton Foundation works with Big Pharma to keep the price of US AIDS drugs high (reddit.com)

Okian Warrior writes: A newly released Podesta E-mail explains how the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) works to keep the price of AIDS medicines high in the US.

CHAI contracted with Big Pharma companies for AIDS drugs to be distributed in developing countries. In return, the group agreed to resist efforts to bring similarly lower cost and generic drugs to the US.

The email is a reaction to "comments President Clinton made on lowering domestic AIDS drugs prices at the World AIDS day event":

We have always told the drug companies that we would not pressure them and create a slippery slope where prices they negotiate with us for poor countries would inevitably lead to similar prices in rich countries.

[...] If we do try to do something in this area, we suggest that we approach the innovator companies that can currently sell products in the US with the idea of making donations to help clear the ADAP lists. For a variety of reasons, the companies will likely favor a donation approach rather than one that erodes prices across the board.

[...] I would guess that they would also likely favor a solution that involved their drugs rather than an approach that allowed generic drugs from India to flood the US market at low prices or one that set a precedent of waiving patent laws on drugs. ... We can go to war with the US drug companies if President Clinton would like to do so, but we would not suggest it.

Hypothetical situation: You are forced to play Russian roulette.

You can pick the pistol with all of the chambers loaded (Clinton).
Or you pick the one with only half of the chambers loaded (Trump).

Which one makes more sense to pick? Hint: One of those situations has a very predictable outcome, if you're into predictability.

Submission + - Democrat Operatives Caused Violence at Trump Rallies, Framed Sanders Supporters (youtube.com) 16

Xenographic writes: A new video has come out detailing how Democratic operatives created violence at Trump rallies. You may remember that they then framed Sanders supporters for those protests. This video is notable because one of the operatives, Zulema Rodriguez, can be identified in videos of the Arizona protests at 17:35 in this independent video as well as at 10:30 in the first video link. Furthermore, you look at the FEC records of disbursements to her and see that she was paid by MoveOn.org. Finally, this again can be corroborated with the Wikileaks dump, specifically this email. For those too lazy to browse all the links, you can see Zulema's appearance in both videos in this image and note that it's the same person down to the tiny mole on her chest.

Comment Re:Bullshit (Score 1) 174

The only reason they can predict it, is because they're causing it through acts like paying people to attend protests and start riots, pushing laws that favor small minority groups over the majority, pushing laws that remove power from the people and transfer it to the government, vindictively prosecuting regular people while ignoring crimes by their own, and so on.

They've been pulling this social upheaval crap in foreign countries for decades, now they're doing it here. A public divided won't stand up to the government. The government views the public as an enemy now. The only thing we're good for is paying taxes, believing/pushing their agendas, and dying in their for-profit wars.

"How's that supposed to work? Are they supposed to be dragged from their homes..?"

Uh, yes. That's how it would work for me or anyone else if we were wanted for a crime and refused to cooperate. We'd be dragged from our homes. Now why are a specific group of people supposed to be treated differently?

This clown either drank the PC kool-aid, or he's owned, just like the majority of them.

Thanks for the link, btw.
