Unless you could somehow roll that tax into a mortgage loan, you'll never get that system approved by the masses. Even still it would be hard.
You can take that loan payment as well as the deprecation of the property as a loss statement, enabling you to pay less in total for the product then you would if you had outright bought it plus the lack of taxes on the collateral.
It's a perfectly sane and rational argument IF the number if active criminals that use scanners to circumvent police activity is signifigant. It's not.
I don't believe that he was quite past the fantasy stage yet, but the heart of the matter is just that; how do you define what constitutes past the fantasy stage?
Pawn Shop laptop at a McDonalds. Only way to go.

The "new version" has been in play since last year. Good luck trying to rally anyone to fight on the side of child pornographers.
I don't know, what part of your engine eats itself when your gasoline runs dry? When was the last time you had your blood changed (every three thousand miles!)?
I mean really? Comparing pressured explosions to the human body? A hydrogen exchange is a little closer and it's still way off.
And you believe that? Millions of years of evolution, yet our bodies require the carbs we only learned to refine out of grain in the last ten thousand years? You are incorrect about the lack of vitamins and minerals in fats and proteins, but nonetheless adequate vegetable servings would easily make up for the lack of whatever is you think is only in grains.
Fats and Protein aren't bad for you. That's 90% of your bodies makeup, how could it be bad? What part of your body is sugar and carbs?
This also assumes that there are reliable metrics applied to advertisements. As I understand it, the current practice is to throw money everywhere and "see what sticks."
This would only be a problem if there was a possibility of me ever clicking or even looking at the ad. Since I never do, my habits would go unchanged.

RQ = Risk Quotient
I'm fine with people getting revenue for their ads. I just don't want to see them. All I want is a simple ad hiding extension, something that will suppress the viewing and hearing of the ad. Is that too much to ask for?
