In Europe we have thousands of wind farms on farm land.
Why would there be any trouble for a tractor or harvester to navigate around a wind mill?

An electric engine does not produce waves in the 26 MHz range, unless it rotates with 26 MILLION ROUNDS PER SECOND. If it is an AC engine with a fancy asynchron controller it might be something in the 300 or 600 Hz range. Most certainly not in any AM or UHF or VHF range. That is completely idiotic.

It is the frequency, aka wavelength.
You can put as many Amps as you want anywhere, and if the current frequency has nothing to do with what the antenna can pick up: nothing happens at all.
