Communism is a version of Socialism. The USSR was run by the Communist Party, which was communist in name (although it wasn't what Marx imagined).
This comment makes it seem like you don't understand the difference between communism and socialism. If you don't know it, I suggest you at least read up on the topic on Wikipedia. If you do know it, and understand why the USSR didn't consider themselves to be communist, then I suggest you write more clearly.

Well sure, let me know why you think Great Britain is going to be the first to go, I'm still not clear why you think that, other than something vague about having a lot of debt (which many countries do).

That number doesn't include citizens/business, it includes things the government has committed to paying but hasn't funded. If you do a search for "us total liability," there are plenty of different estimates. I chose $150trillion because it's somewhere in the middle of the estimates.
Which is going to mean getting cussed out by people that will LAUGH at you when you cry. People that will show you ZERO pity when you break down. People that will if anything hold you in contempt for being so weak.
I think the goal is to not treat anyone like that.

And just to make clear, the problem of insulting people isn't along the lines of "ching chong chow chee" or whatnot. The problem case is along the lines of: Scenario 1: Man: "What does that do? Sorry, I don't know perl." Crowd: "You don't know perl? Geez, you're stupid." Scenario 2: Woman: "What does that do? Sorry, I don't know perl." Crowd: "Geez, women are stupid."
No, you're wrong, you didn't even read the article (should I say you are stupid?). Specific examples from the article, if you'd like to read it:

It wasn't communist in name. They were socialist, look at what USSR stands for. They knew they hadn't reached the communist stage yet, although they had the goal to get there.
Postol has a long history opposing any form of missile defense. While his assessment may well be correct, it should be viewed with considerable skepticism until data from opposing viewpoints is examined against his.
I don't care about that, because someone opposed to missile defense can still have a good argument. I read his post with interest.
Unfortunately, his data isn't very good. He starts with a hypothesis on how the missile defense system works, then proceeds to show that if his hypothesis is correct, it is unlikely that the Iron dome is effective, based on data he analyzed in 2012 and photographs he's seen since then. I shouldn't need to explain why I see that as unconvincing.
There's always room to doubt official figures, but I'd like to see something a little more convincing than that from a story with this kind of headline. It was just a longer explanation of what he said previously, he didn't produce any more data, unfortunately.

Well yes, if you make a small change, you'd expect a small effect. I read your post several times, and I'm still not really sure what point you are trying to make.
I think people vastly overestimate the ability of the free market to meet consumer demand, in cases where the demand is for something that can't be easily quantified.
