First time I saw this poll, it was sitting immediately beside the story "Sam Altman To Return as OpenAI CEO" [slashdot.org].
At this moment there are 83 "Yes" votes and 103 "No" votes. I expect this may turn out to be one of the most lopsided polls in Slashdot history!

I voted Yes, but considering the cluster this already has been, I wouldn't put it past Open AI to crash and burn again due to some contract breach over all the firing and hiring going on. So, this might still be a valid poll with an unknown outcome at some point soon when the lawyers get involved.

He was in talks with a firm deadline to get his job back.
Deadline passed. Still not with the company.
More talks, all staff says they'll quit if he's not back.
He's taken a job at microsoft along with all the rest of open ai staff.
