Interesting point, but a bit of logical twist. If I shoot to much heroin, my heart might stop, resulting in death. The Dr might rush to death caused by heart attack. But an autopsy and testing may say heroin was in the system. I know a friend (age 80) that died in January 2020 of pneumonia. No tests for COVID-19 at the time, so the rush diagnosis was pneumonia.

OK. It seems no one has mentioned. The MS office boon-dangle. So many people subscribe to Office, no I just use open/libre office just fine, It is a bit of a magic wand. I can open and edit the documents, but the masses have to use MS because that is what they are told todo.
