Journal: Note for those I marked friends

Since Slashdot's moderation is broken, I have decided to take maters into my own hands.

I have started looking for people who make consistently good remarks and then making them friends and giving friends +6 moderation points... This system is taking more effort than I had thought it would... I need more friends. But the results, if sparse, are encouraging. If I find a friend or friend of a friend comment it is about 98% likely that I enjoyed reading in. Compare that to about 20% for a comment that is rated a 4 or a 5 and I'm doing pretty good.
