  • I'm having lemon grilled chicken for lunch.

    I've pounded a chicken breast between plastic wrap until it's thin an uniform.

    I'm going to season and lightly coat in olive oil and lemon juice mixture one side of the chicken, then put it on a pre-heated to high grill. Once it's on the grill i'll brush on my mixture and grill for about 6 minutes. A nice little tip here is to turn the chicken a quater turn (not a flip) after 3 minutes to produce the diamond pattern.... mmm...grilled food...

    Not always, and not most of the time- i like you and you are dead-on right about some things, and one of the most compassionate, empathetic people i know in some ways, despite how maniacally you cover it up.

    nobody gets it on target every time, and no one should have to try. Sometimes, even ellem offers a 5/16ths wrench for a 5/8ths nut, or a slotted screwdriver for a phillips-head screw. And that's just the way life is.
