Hasn't PayPal always owned x.com? if I recall, you used to access the website at paypal.x.com and it wasn't until a few years ago that they started using paypal.com.
And just like Intel did with the Pentium, once they figured out how to trademark a version number, they stuck with that same number for ages and ages. Intel eventually got over it, but I think only due to the fact that they were making different processors aimed at different markets.
And the X Window System has been stuck at version X11 for over 20 years now, so long that hardly anybody calls it "X Window System" anymore instead of just X11. When will they get over that?
Because it's not to code. A bathrooms outlets must be on a circuit unto themselves.
The problem is not the 2" GI-Joe guns, its comming up with an exemption that allows those guns without allowing other guns that shouldn't be allowed.
If you say that toy guns are allowed, people will start bringing full-size toy guns through (there was a news story here a while back where some kid was playing with a full-sized toy gun, someone saw it, thought it was real and called in the SWAT team.
