When I walk into my doctor's office for a 3:00 appointment, my appointment actually starts at 3:00, not 5:30.
Where is this magical medical center? My experience of doctors in several states, going back decades is that, if you have an appointment at 3:00, the one thing you know is that it isn't going to start at 3:00.
I have experienced both healthcare in the US and the UK's NHS. The differences are that:
1. The US healthcare is expensive.
2. The US healthcare is delivered in locations with nicer furnishing.
3. You are much more likely to get unnecessary and expensive health services in the US.
Your Amazon service center must be better than mine if you often get things in one day. I ditched Prime over the poor service (plus how degraded their streaming service has become), My packages almost always took more than 2 days.
I have moved now, but for a few years, we got 2-day shipping without Prime. Amazon's warehouse was only a day's drive away, and Amazon hadn't figured out how to delay shipment for non-Prime customers.
Now that I have moved across the country, we must be close to an Amazon warehouse, because same day shipping is frequently an option.

This study was poorly conducted and didn't show any benefit to Ivermectin. But, hey, if you get Covid, please go down to your local feed suppliers and get some Ivermectin paste for your own use.

Actually, no. The safety of a medicine is the province of the FDA. Doctors should decide the appropriateness of prescribing a medicine to a specific patient.
Formulations of ivermectin intended for horses have never been shown to be safe for humans, thus, doctors should not (perhaps can not) prescribe them.
Formulations are NOT the same as the drugs contained within them. I think you still don't understand this, or, more likely, you don't want to understand this. Let's reverse it: what if a human drug was formulated using chocolate: would that be safe for dogs?
