Oh, come on! They Orban has a friendly general attorney who isn't willing to investigate anything that would threaten Orban's power. Hungary and Poland just vetoed an EU motion that would tie the use of EU funds to proper rule of law. (Like joining the European Public Prosecutor's Office.)

Iran doesn't have a nuclear energy program. If they did then they wouldn't be threatening to enrich more uranium to get leverage on trade sanctions.

They were using dual use technology. They're borderd by two countries that the US has invaded, so it's not a surprise they get antsy. The only countries the US doesn't mess with are nuclear powers.

If they honestly wanted to build a nuclear energy program then they'd open up their power plants to inspections so that they could get the materials and expertise needed to get them running. If these were power plants, and not weapons factories, then they'd have no reason to maintain such secrecy.

Iran did comply with these inspections until their deal with the US was off.
