Regarding this, a good CRM service has shown surprising results, we pay more attention to what our clients need, showing that listening to what they want to receive, the disagreements they have and solving their current problems is undoubtedly the best solution to any exchange with our clients, this allows us to focus more on what is truly important for our general public. According to my perspective, the communication system needs greater solidity in its platform, it presents a little delay when receiving messages and calls from our clients. I would like it if the customization of forms and reports could be extended, something more interactive so that the work is better presented and with a greater range of customization. I think that it would be a much more powerful CRM if it had better integrations that allow us to track the path of our clients on the website, which would be quite useful to know what they recognize first, what their priorities are and what are the real disadvantages of the website. It would be a great CRM weapon. We have been using other Zoho products, which undoubtedly represents great value, but we present failures when managing this, because the synchronization is not entirely effective and many times information that we register in one of its products, it is not read properly in another to which we synchronize and ends up being a total waste of time, effort and work, ruining meetings, storage in databases or the general flow of commercial management, it is a problem that undoubtedly needs immediate solutions.

Summary: If you are already using Zoho then go for it, but not a user friendly out of the box solution for a CRM.
Positive: You can customize the solution to your needs, but you need a dev or tech team to help you out. If you are using other Zoho products this will work well with them.

Summary: Overall this service is not sufficient for my purposes, but is likely useful for those selling products.
Positive: Software was free which was a pro, however the free plan had quite a fair number of limitations which decreased its effectiveness.
Negative: The design of the software wasn’t ideal for CPA Firms or any service firm for that matter.

Summary: For the price, ease of use and flexibility I would give it a shot. However if you are the type of person who needs a helping hand you probably better of choosing another platform.
Positive: Ease of use. The platform offers different avenues for doing the same thing, some are for basic users, some for people with higher demands.
Negative: If you need assistance from customer service you better be seated. It takes a while to get responses, if you get responses. Apparently this is on other reviews too.

Summary: Zoho CRM is a good software with amazing ease-of-use for a company and training new hires. I personally just dislike the UI and wish it looked different, the UI is the main reason I no longer use Zoho CRM.
Positive: I love the ease-of-use when communicating with customers and retailers through email. I also love the information on each customer and/or retailer this goes along with ease-of-use when reviewing accounts and past contacts. Support was great, easy to contact and easy to get a solution!
Negative: I hate the UI. I just don't like this software's look. It is only a personal preference and think that this software could look a lot better.

Summary: Overall I was pleased with the CRM, we used it for just over a year and it served our small business needs. I wished that it was an easier onboarding but once we learned the program it worked.
Positive: Low price-point, lots of integrations and good for basic systems needed from a CRM for small business.
Negative: The reporting can be confusing with creating custom reports and I found that is wasn't the smoothest user experience to set everything up.

Summary: Zoho CRM offers a HUGE selection of management tools that work for all business sizes. From customer support to inventory management, Zoho is a simple software with easy navigation and includes features that help with everyday business needs. It's not as well-known as its competitors, so contacting Customer Service can be challenging at times. It still has its complications, so the usual bugs and glitches are expected. However, fixing it shouldn't be too big of a hassle.
Positive: Zoho CRM is an all-in-one CRM suite that offers seamless integration within its system. The software allows users to access a variety of productivity tools for any size business. The free version provides users with more features than most all competitors.
Negative: The interface options can feel daunting and a bit overwhelming at first. The customer service team is wonderful but can be difficult to reach during peak hours. The 14-day trial wasn't enough time to try out all of the features.

Summary: Overall the idea is great and it is helpful to be able to edit and modify existing documents on Google.
Positive: I like that Zoho can be found and used on google docs and I can edit files and make corrections. I also like that it can be used independently but I can sign in with my google account or LinkedIn.
Negative: What I didn't like was that its not very user friendly and sometimes I am unable to open documents if I log on from Google Docs.

Summary: Zoho CRM has allowed me to connect different departments that I have within my company, this goes from human resources, marketing, sales and finance in a single place. This has established a more practical and clear connection between departments to share information with each other. On the other hand, I have been able to generate personalized invoices for clients, which meet the needs that said client requires, likewise, thanks to the integration with the different departments of my company, I have been able to improve the proposals that are presented to my clients, having and providing information. quantitative and qualitative to drive profitability for both the client and my company. I have also been able to improve the response time to customer service through the different channels that my company currently has available, giving more follow-up to my client and providing support when it comes to showing the real impact that it will have when hiring the services of my business.
Positive: + The customization at the user level is very complete, it is not necessary to have administrative permissions to be able to adapt the workstation of this platform and adapt it according to each department or need that is had at that moment. I found it very impressive that it could be adapted without going through so much process when it came to needing or not needing a major feature or integration for development within Zono CRM. There are certain things that are a bit limiting, but in general everything works very well both at the administrative level and at the user level.
+ It is very easy to be able to generate support tickets for both clients and employees for my company, for me it is important to have resolutions on both sides and that everything is as bilateral as possible to be able to promote my business as best as possible without having problems with my clients or with the employees of my company. This is not annoying for me but for several workers in my company who have this version as well, so I would like you to optimize the application and add all the Zoho CRM features both on Android and iOS.

3.- The third thing that I love about this platform is that I can create a workflow automation, I can manage all kinds of requirements with a potential client in an automated way, I can perform tasks quickly through workflows, depending of the interaction they have with customers and the updating of contact data, each requirement is carried out in various actions in an automated manner by the platform. This feature is very important when we have a lot of ongoing trades, this way the actions will be processed and the workflow will be done in an automated way when configured correctly. This function helps us a lot to save our manual work.
4.- The fourth thing that I have loved about this platform is that they have integrated the Canvas system to have a much more optimal design in the contact information. The implementation that they have done recently has been quite beneficial for me, since I can modify the general style of the platform to suit my needs, it is a fairly simple editor that allows you to drag and drop all kinds of objects, as well as you can insert new texts to modify the platform to your liking.
