Summary: Overall I enjoy using Zoho CRM and it's a great asset.
Positive: Lots of white space between modules and easy to navigate.
Design is up to par with other leading CRMs.
Easy to use and create new dashboards.Negative: Sometimes there are bugs and glitches, even when fixed quickly causes some downtime.

Summary: Overall, I couldn't be happier with Zoho. I can only speak to it from a recruiting functionality standpoint, but it's terrific.
Positive: I love everything about Zoho, I personally use the Zoho Recruit CRM and it's been an absolute godsend for my business. It's cost effective, easy-to-use and all around terrific.
Negative: I'm really hard pressed to think of any negatives, honestly, I don't have any.

Summary: Zoho CRM has revolutionized how we do business. It has been acting like our central database where we all withdraw updated information. Our sales team has increased productivity through closing of deals with clients. We have been able to keep our sales process standardized for substantial growth of the company. All thanks to Zoho CRM.
Positive: One of my favourite features about Zoho CRM is the effortless integration with other third party applications. It is flexible, scalable and easy to use to meet the changing marketing dynamics. By having a central place of getting information, our sales team now can easily gain access to data from anywhere without switching to different systems. We love that it automates most of our processes like email campaigns, saving time and money for our company. It is worth the value of money we invested.
Negative: We had to upgrade to a professional tier to get workflow automaton, which was a bit costly to our organization.

Summary: Zoho CRM is an ideal application to perform sales management and customer acquisition through emails, in the same way, we can manage established customer contacts and store information about them and all under a very easy to use platform. To avoid making wrong decisions due to lack of information, Zoho CRM works as an information and communication gathering application. All the information material that is handled within the organization can be found on the platform and is accessible to any operator. Zoho CRM for our organization is also used to audit and automate all actions taken in the marketing department. We can track daily purchases and sales by our customers and augment strategies in the sales flow.
Positive: With Zoho CRM we can set up a corporate agenda of internal events that can be accessible to any operator in the area. We can add sales completion dates, important customer meetings and the application will generate a notification when the date is approaching. The application we consider to be a leader in mass emailing management; we can generate pre-determined emails to our potential customers and they can be programmed to provide a quick response and generate closeness and enhance their experience. Zoho CRM notifies us about customers who are official or recently added prospects when they do not have a status update within two days on the platform. Likewise, the application breaks down for us the actions we should take in such cases.
Negative: We have had to invest a considerable amount in trained personnel to give inductions to our employees. This is because the number of functions presented by the application are prominent and tend to confuse since many seem to perform the same action, but have variants that many in the company were unaware of. On the other hand, Zoho CRM does not have a section where it shows the status of our potential customers in the organization, just as we can not view information such as retention rates of customers already pre-established as regular. To access the data of any customer in the database can be very complicated because the application does not have a very complete custom search section, it segments very few search details, causing it to be complicated to find certain customer data.

Summary: Being able to centrally hold our data amongst a number of devices really helps for business managers. Whether it PCs/laptops in the office, or tablet/Mobile Devices on the road. Having access to working anywhere, and one needs to stay up to date with Zoho's cloud services and other CRM features.
Positive: Zoho is highly product from India. With an ability to create custom fields and objects. It also supports workflows for automation required for workflows and easy to set up integrations with other products like GMail, Salesforce etc. We are using Zoho One, the CRM can integrate with a host of other Zoho products, including email marketing automation, for one low fee.
Negative: The documentation on how to use and set up the CRM and other Zoho products seems limited. I am not always able to find solutions quickly and easily using the included help database. We were required to do a steep learning curve to be able to maximize the usefulness of the platform. Response times to support tickets can also take some time.

When it comes to setting up a commercial database there is no better option to choose than Zoho crm as it allows us to add all kinds of information about our clientele, including how long we have been tracking each customer and setting local time if we are going to separate customers geographically. It has also proven to us that keeping track of each customer is very convenient. In addition, it allows us to keep track of purchases and sales and this allows us to keep everything in an orderly and correct way.
Positive: Zoho crm allows us to identify trends at all times and reduce our costs by saving sales tasks. In addition, the platform allows us to stay connected always from a mobile device, whether Android, IPhone and even from an IPad, so you can work managing and communicating with customers regardless of the deployment. The platform automates very well the view of our subscriptions on behalf of each potential customer and the billing data of each sale that is made. With Zoho crm organizing activities and tracking day-to-day tasks with customers has never been so accessible. We recommend Zoho crm because it allows us to customize very well the analysis of customer databases, and because new records can be as detailed as you want.
Negative: We have not found any drawbacks with the use of Zoho crm, so there are no negative comments from our side towards the usage experience had in this period.

Summary: It is very interesting that Zoho CRM is built on Java EE, because we have enough information about it to know which methods could be used to take full advantage of the platform. We like Zoho CRM for working with big data documentation.
Positive: Being a fully customizable software through tools such as an API for integrations, Zoho CRM works well with relatively lightweight and easy to use services, such as the satisfaction platform or any of the tools that google has by default. We highly recommend connecting to the Atlassian plug-ins Exchange platform, especially because accessing the lists of plug-ins to review is quite easy, and entirely free. We recommend it to be able to program content across multiple accounts.
Negative: Zoho CRM does not have a working library for administrative management of extensions, which keeps the work a bit basic. When doing real time tracking during our project testing, the platform tends to shut down.
