Great integration with other Zoho modules. Really nice knowing that we can roll out Zoho across different business functions - and all will be integrated. Overall easy to use and feature rich. Wish that we would have switched to this years ago.

    Negative: Starting up can be a little overwhelming - as Zoho covers so much. Some of the modules (such as Meetings) are not as strong and 3rd party best of breed products - so there is a trade off for a fully integrated system such as Zoho.
