Easy to reach someone via chat during business hours and after hour requests are followed up on. Screens are well designed and can be tweaked to meet our preferences. Great integration with other Zoho modules. Really nice knowing that we can roll out Zoho across different business functions - and all will be integrated. Overall easy to use and feature rich. Wish that we would have switched to this years ago.

    Negative: Starting up can be a little overwhelming - as Zoho covers so much. Some of the modules (such as Meetings) are not as strong and 3rd party best of breed products - so there is a trade off for a fully integrated system such as Zoho.

    - Zoho CRM does not allow me to do any type of accounting about the sales made.     Positive: The application as a whole is user friendly and the design language is fantastic.
    It's like a single stop solution for you to manage all your CRM tasks. There is one single dashboard where you can track the end to end process.
    The integration landscape is fantastic.

    Negative: The application is sometimes slow, but that's always a rare occurrence, maybe twice every month if you are using on a daily basis.
