    It is a complete CRM for everything related to sales.

    Summary: This platform has been of great help since I have achieved good account management, achieving greater sales of my company's services. It is very practical because it has multiple tools that mean that I do not have to go from one platform or another to be able to manage all my sales, only in certain cases such as WhatsApp that I would like to have a good integration to maintain better communication with my clients.

    I have been able to spot the numerous sales opportunities and also obtain leads that help me scale my company to the next level. It has been a great experience in sales using HubSpot since I found it very complete for everything that has to do with sales development and direct contact with customers, being able to keep track of everything without something going wrong.

    HubSpot has allowed me to have potential clients since I have been able to provide personalized attention to each one of them, I have been able to take note as more clients arrive to be able to know what they are always looking for and thus focus more on the interests of clients to generate more sales within my company. In addition, it has been useful for me to be able to use the tones that I have within this platform and use them within a call, this has been useful to me on many occasions when I propose ideas to clients and they are very satisfied with the results and proposals obtained, making them my company reaches more people by having good recommendations through my clients.

    Positive: It has better control over the sales of this platform since it automates the records of income without having to make manual entries, it is enough to integrate the different means of payment to keep track without having to manually record who has paid and how much you get entering my company in every certain period of time. With this I was able to mark a point of before and after within my company since good results have been seen when it comes to managing income automatically.

    Virtually anyone can start this platform without any problem, it is very customizable and easy to use. In addition to the fact that it does not stop there, if people want to deepen its use, it is possible since more features can be added depending on the plan that is chosen to be able to use this sales management platform. So I can say that it is very scalable when it comes to adding new features that allow you to improve the sales flow of your company.

    You can easily organize contacts and add any important data, as well as follow up on that contact to generate a more personalized sale when you need some help. It does not matter if the client is a person or a company, all possible details can be added, they can even be tagged to be able to schedule it in groups in the case of similar clients, this with the aim of having a better workflow.

    It is possible to integrate the marketing team with sales, it is very excellent to be able to do this since I can unify different departments within a platform which can share information such as contacts and reports. So it is very useful to have the management of sales and marketing data in one space making everything easier and leading to better sales. In addition, thanks to the fact that I can share the reports, I have been able to observe the impact of my marketing in relation to the sales that have achieved that impact that it has caused.

    Negative: It is difficult to configure customer payments when they are going to pay in different deposits, for me it would not be a problem if customers have different payment methods, so this platform should allow you to add different payment records into one. This would save me time in being able to automate everything within this platform without having to do everything manually and having the billing details elsewhere where the different payment methods that a client has used are clearly visible.

    The email integration does not do it well at all, even with Gmail when you want to keep track of customer conversations, this is annoying because sometimes the conversations do not synchronize well, it is as if the client sent me different emails , however, in Gmail it comes out as if it were a thread of a conversation. You can get around this problem by adding a plugin for HubSpot, but it's a bit risky because it's not safe for an extension to read email messages when it comes to maintaining customer privacy.

    The function of being able to add the call record when a customer returns the call is missing, this would be recorded in order to have better control in terms of customer service, since if any of my sales team calls a customer and the conversation continues on a call that the customer made this will not be recorded and it will be seen as the staff never continued the call with the customer as the call made by the customer cannot be recorded anywhere.

    I hope that in the near future WhatsApp can be integrated without any problem, just as it happens in Gmail, this would make it easier to have better control in conversations with customers and also to know who served a certain customer by having a system in which Record each chat sent by the different agents that are registered within the company account, thus improving response time performance and also seeing how each company staff responds when it comes to sales.

    Positive: I would say, Hubspot SalesHub is made for boosting up the sales and gathering leads. It helps you to intelligently approach leads. As we checked in reports our sales and leads are increased from the first most of adding this in our business. Its real-time tracks every leads from email and other marketing.

    Tool to boost your sale

    Summary: The tools offered under Sales Hub creates a very big positive difference in the quality of service as well achieving higher conversion. The predictive lead scoring is a feature which score every lead based on the parameters set, higher the score the greater is a chance of conversion based on this score, teams can easily select the lead and start working on that. The email tracking part is very helpful as it notifies in the real time when any email is opened or any link is clicked. It provides us couple of extra chances to convert the lead. Overall it's a great tool which basically works on powerful analytics, sequencing the efforts.
