Summary: Tremendous is a good resource for Media Science in compensating people around the US and Europe. It's far cheaper then physical gift cards and very easy. We are growing because of this service Tremendous offers. I highly recommend for any size company.

Positive: The best part about Tremendous is the flexibility they offer in E gift cards. I can send an E gift card to anyone in the US and Europe easily.
Also I don't have to give physical cards which is a person to person contact and with covid we try to avoid that.

Negative: I wish they had support via phone. Some of our clients call us for help when they have problems with gift cards. Most times I can help them but have to work with Tremendous via email to resolve. On the plus side they respond pretty fast.

Summary: My overall experience of Tremendous have been great, it did make my work a lot easier given that I have to give incentives to participants 5 times a week.

Positive: Tremendous is super easy to use - and it makes it super easy to manage your incentives. That makes a user researchers job easier.

Negative: I don't have anything that I did not like - but it could be useful if Tremendous got some more places in Denmark to claim gift cards.

Summary: We love using Tremendous and they are our sole gift card provider. The API in general is brilliant and fit our needs perfectly - we need to send out gift cards at scale and on demand, 24/7. If we didn't have Tremendous, we'd likely have to pay another service for this. After extensive research, we picked tremendous as they simply had the best offering and the pricing was great too. They also had a great selection of gift card partners and the fact it can all be automated via an API is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Positive: We love that it was really quick and easy to set up and the pricing model is fantastic, especially with lower volumes. Their API docs are great and the integration with their API is seamless. It is very useful that we can export CSV reports as needed. The coverage of gift cards in different countries is excellent too. We required UK & Ireland gift cards and I didn't expect them to have such a breadth of gift card offerings/brands as they have.

Negative: We know when a reward has been delivered to a user but we would like to see if/when the email was opened and what reward was chosen. It would also be nice if we could specific which gift card to send to the customer, rather than letting them choose (this might be possible with multiple custom templates, but that's a bit more work).

Summary: Again, love how easy it is to use and love the variety of gift card options. I've used this for both work and personal reasons.

Positive: I love how easy it is to create an account and start sending out gift cards. Very clear and concise.

Negative: Haven't found anything in the product that I don't like.

Summary: Overall, I'm very happy with tremendous! I have used it for over a year and it exceeds expectations. I’ll never go back to my old system of giving gift cards.

Positive: - I love how much easier it is to give out gift cards to my employees.
- I don’t have to keep tracking documents proving who I give gift cards to anymore. Finance has access to our tremendous account and can see who I’ve given them to
- I love all of the variety in gift card options
- I love how I can create templates for gift card campaigns I use on a regular basis

Negative: - the only cons I’ve found are that there’s different redemption processes for each gift card, however I understand why, and realize it’s probably not possible to streamline it. Each gift card is connected to a different business and that individual business directs the gift card recipient in their redemption process.

- recipients need to check spam folder to find the tremendous email sometimes.

Summary: We required a system which would allow the distribution of prizes around the globe quickly and easily; a process which Tremendous makes extremely simple!

Positive: Tremendous makes the process of distributing gifts and prizes to customers extremely convenient, with an excellent assortment of redemption options for recipients around the globe and a customer service team who is ready and willing to help resolve any issues on either the issuing or receiving end of the process.

Before landing on Tremendous as our digital prize issuing system, we examined and tested many of their competitors. While they all had similar features, there was simply no platform that could offer the type of package that Tremendous provides for both the customer and gift card recipient.

Negative: There were some hidden limitations where gift cards could be redeemed based on the value that was not clear when joining the platform. In particular, this meant that if the amount of a gift card is above a certain threshold, it could only be redeemed at a limited number of retailers.

This issue required the reissuing of some gift cards to recipients in smaller denominations, so they had a more comprehensive selection of redemption options. While indeed a challenge, the customer service team was delighted to help resolve this issue promptly, which was appreciated.

Summary: Overall it’s incredible easy and a great tool to use when distributing virtual gift cards globally. Recipients love the personal touches you can do and the variety of stores they can choose from. There is also a physical card option if you wanted. As a sender the tool is very easy to use and makes gifting easy!

Positive: East to use, gift cards available in almost every country, delivered instantly, you can check who has and hasn’t open it, custom design, branding & messaging allows it to be more personal. Easy to upload recipients via excel. Lots of stores to choose from. Very user friendly!

Negative: I wish we could put a time limit on redemption so there wasn’t money potentially being wasted.

Summary: We've had some issues with our payments getting declined, but Tremendous support has been helpful and the trouble was still worth it, considering the time we're saving.

Positive: Super easy to provide incentives in different market across the globe. Has saved us countless hours and headaches with dealing with credit card restrictions and finding local gift card providers.

Negative: Not super intuitive setup at first, but easy once you get the hang of it.

Summary: Tremendous has been a god send! It has made our lives easy when it comes to sending rewards. Rather than visiting individual vendor websites every time a request comes through, we only need to check out Tremendous' catalog and send it to our winners correspondingly!

Positive: Tremendous contains a wide array of gift card options for the US, Canada and almost most countries in the world. Ease of integration with our CRM platform could not be stated enough! It makes all the processes super simple!

Negative: None about the product really. I just wish that their chat support feature would be as active as it should so we can just correspond through chat instead of email - just my preference I suppose but otherwise Jacob and Mia have been awesome in resolving the issues we sometimes encounter.

Summary: Overall we have and a great experience so far. We were up and running quickly distributing gift cards to up 1000's of users per day with ease.

Positive: The product is very easy to use.
The team is great and super responsive.
Setup took minutes.
Very fast customer support.

Negative: I guess my one con is the reporting could be a bit better.

Summary: Tremendous is the easiest to use software in my professional or personal life. Full stop. I find opportunities to recommend it to colleagues on a regular basis.

Positive: Tremendous is a no-cost option for distributing rewards to survey respondents, partners and co-workers.
The payments are instant, there are many options to choose from and the reporting is exactly what I expect. When I find myself with a question about the rewards, it's completely intuitive to find what I need from within the dashboard.
The very best part, for my use case, is the ease with which it attaches to Survey Monkey. I distribute tens of thousands of dollars a month and Tremendous never lets me down.

Negative: I just learned yesterday that adding funds to the account happens only at prescribed times. This means you need to do a little planning to make sure the funds are in the account before launching a campaign. Not a deal breaker -- I didn't even realize this for the first six months we've been using it, but something to be aware of.

Summary: Tremendous is a no brainer for any company looking to reduce clerical time and hassle when dealing with incentive payments. Our respondents like the choice to select a physical card if so desired. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the responsiveness of their customer service. Everyone, from my sales rep, to the online chat has been quick to respond and always provides immediate help to resolve the minor issues or questions that I have had. Overall it's a 10 out or 10!

Positive: The entire process is simple and allows us to easily manage respondent incentives. We have saved hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars in postage, and clerical time. The reporting feature is easy to use and allows us to have complete control over sending, resending or editing the incentive payments. I can tell you that I have recommended Tremendous to others and they are just as happy.

Negative: Would love to have the ability to see when the gift card is opened not just received.

Summary: We've had a great experience using this platform. The onboarding our different administration professionals on our team was very easy. The ease of use is something that we value. We've had a great success rate when sending to our teams.

Positive: We love the ease of use and the minimal fees incurred when using Tremendous. As we are a Global brand, having the option to send instant digital gifts to our global team world wide is a huge advantage!

Negative: I'd love more of a tutorial when creating the different options for campaigns. I think I could be utilizing it more if I did.

Summary: I like to use it, as our clients really enjoy the options they get, all they have to do is just open the email and the options are right there, they love it.

Positive: It is always very easy to manage, plus it is fast, convenient and accurate, highly recommend to us it!

Negative: No complaints at all, nothing that comes to my mind.

Summary: My overall experience is excellent, when I had to reach out to support, I always received excellent service. People love receiving digital rewards as rebates!

Positive: I liked that I was able to upload and send my lists of digital reward recipients quickly on a daily basis, giving our rebate program credibility.

Negative: I didn't like that I had to wait for additional approval in order for the digital rewards text messages and emails to go out.
