Summary: This tool has enabled our teams to move quickly in gift card dissemination. The self serve feature is helpful and was a requirement for a virtual reward solution.

Positive: Easy DIY set up.
Quickly create teams and admins and users within those teams.
Establish approval processes, generate invoices, and track rewards.
Build, manage, and share customized campaigns within and across teams.

Negative: When editing an existing campaign, it would be great to be able to edit the email and webpage at the same time instead of clicking in and out of it each time.

I wish we could see when rewards were claimed or not, which would help when recipients claim they haven't received their message.

Lastly, a couple more restrictions for users and/or admins when setting up teams would be nice. For example, we would want to disable the ability to send physical gift cards, limit text message delivery, and disable bulk order.

Summary: Our experience with Tremendous has been fantastic. Would recommend this app to anyone regardless of their work area.

Positive: What I really like about Tremendous is how easy it is to use. We have been using it for almost a year and we use it almost every week if not everyday. It helps us ease the networking part of our business and open doors for new business.

Negative: Something we would want to see improve in Tremendous is being able to see if a gift card was redeemed or not.

Summary: One of the easiest products to use it is so straightforward, I usually get requests to send these incentivized digital visas out and I do so immediately, much to the delight of customers and teams.

Positive: Super easy straight forward to use product that enables easy transfer of gift incentives for clients. One of the most useful tools we use here and I truly cant recommend it enough. It is so easy to use and so straightforward, the templates are fantastic and super useful.

Negative: From my stand point there are absolutely zero cons, it solves every issue of sending digital gift cards.

Summary: Easy workflow to send multiple gift cards. Templates are awesome. Great way to send gift cards to international participants.

Positive: Easy way to send gift cards to international participants without needing to know where they are from!

Negative: Processing fee though its standard and you can get around with it by linking a bank account.

Summary: Thanks to Tremendous, we are able to send people from all over the world things like gift cards and money to charities. How to work with and reward people in the most remote parts of the world without running into any logistical or legal issues is the primary challenge they are tackling for us. If I'm not wrong, they deliver gift cards to over 220 different countries. Are there 220 countries in the world? I had no clue. That is the scale of what they do. An added perk is the choice to get rewards in the form of a physical Visa card. Even if this isn't available everywhere, it's still a great option. We would like it if this particular option was made available in more nations.

Positive: Tremendous is exceptional at a wide range of tasks. My favorite among them is the option to create customized email and SMS campaigns. It is possible to create and save many campaign templates to send to different people working on different projects. We genuinely save a ton of time by keeping each template distinct so that we don't have to manually change them before every transfer.

Negative: Although some people might believe that their user interface might be improved, I think it is really intuitive and helpful. I'm really grateful for how simple and uncluttered they made it.

Summary: When we have new staff members in our department, training them with Tremendous is one of the easiest parts of the onboarding. It is reliable, quick, responsive, and useful.

Positive: The ease of use, the intuitive design, the fact that the Tremendous team seems to be constantly working to improve the site and its functionality.

Negative: I can't think of anything, really. I do wish sometimes that the interface to select the available reward types within a campaign was clearer.

Summary: I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Tremendous. They are always on top of getting any bug issues fixed quickly and efficiently. There have been times that I receive an email that there was a bug and I didn't even know! Plus, by the time I hear about it, it is already fixed. my customer support agent is extremely helpful, and we have quarterly meetings just to check in and see how things are going. But, whenever I have a question or issue come up- she responds in a timely manner, and is personable.

Positive: I have been working with Tremendous for over 2 years now, and it is so easy to uses! We have used both digital rewards, as well as bulk physical rewards. their fees are less than other companies. You can set up for multiple aspects of your business (we use it for 4 different locations), make campaigns for whatever you are compensating for, and the recipient can choose from receiving a Visa card or choose from multiple different companies.

Negative: I would love to be able to add in the direct deposit, but am waiting for them to give the option for the extra fee to be passed to the recipient.

Summary: All in all, I really enjoyed the ease of enabling Tremendous at our company especially since we use other vendors and the experience isn't half as good as the experience we have with Tremendous.

Positive: My company integrated with Tremendous to leverage its reward redemption capabilities. I was leading the team that was tasked with the integration. Off the bat, I appreciated how easy it was to get a test/sandbox account up and running. I also really appreciated how easy it was to follow their API documentation. Within an hour, I had a test sandbox and I was redeeming rewards using their API. I also appreciated how fast their customer service management team would respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Negative: There were no cons during the integration process. The only con that exists today is we can't update our "campaigns" using the API. I would imagine that has something to do with needing to be an admin. This isn't really a con but more or less, a wishful change.

Summary: Tremendous is easy to use and understand from a user and reward-ee perspective. The step-by-step instructions to build the campaign are lovely! And the number of choices to pick for rewards is outstanding!

Positive: - ease of use and integration

Negative: To be honest, there is nothing I can mention. The only thing that would be great to have are crypto withdrawal options.

Summary: This is one of my favorite platforms to use their easy, and quick to help when you have an issue with any aspects of their platform. This is a tool that I think a lot of people and businesses could benefit from, it eliminates the use of paper checks and the risk for fraud.

Positive: This is one of the easiest gift card vendors to use with great customer service. Their cost effective and reliable one I would choose every time rather than a vendor like Tango!

Negative: The only drawback that I see would be that the cards do expire after 6 months.

Summary: It's been a game-changer for us! The variety of payment options is fantastic, and our recipients absolutely love having the freedom to choose between money, prepaid cards, gift cards, or charity donations. Their satisfaction has skyrocketed! The user-friendly interface has made the whole payment process a breeze, saving us so much time and effort. Plus, the seamless integration with our existing systems has been a massive win.

Positive: The variety of payment options is fantastic, and our recipients really appreciate the flexibility to choose between money, prepaid cards, gift cards, or charity donations. It's made a huge difference in their satisfaction. The user-friendly interface and streamlined payment process have also been a game-changer for us. And, of course, we're thrilled to be able to support our corporate social responsibility efforts by including charity donations as a payment option. Tremendous has been a fantastic addition to our organization!

Negative: Different regions and countries have varying financial regulations and compliance requirements. Ensuring full compliance with these regulations when distributing payments globally could pose challenges and may require additional resources.

Summary: User-friendly UI, good customer service, and overall a good experience. Will use it again for our 2024 survey.

Positive: It was easy to set up and send rewards to our survey takers. The bulk email upload feature meant we could quickly send out rewards to hundreds of recipients all over the world.

Negative: We initially had issues with understanding which countries were eligible to receive the rewards we were hoping to offer. Eventually, we were able to work with the support team to get a full list of countries, however.

Summary: Very happy with the product. It replaced printing, signing, and mailing thousands of checks per month.

Positive: Very easy to use. People are able to redeem rewards very quickly. I can resend rewards very quick and easily. Lot of options.

Negative: Nothing. its wonderful. I have not had any issues with it.

Summary: Since we started using Tremendous, we have had nothing but positive feedback. We have significantly decreased the number of dissatisfied members and overall feedback is really great - the tool is easy to use and we almost had no complaints.

Positive: Easy to use. Good support. Pricing. This tool makes our job much easier and improves our customer satisfaction.

Negative: This happens once in a blue moon, but there are still some countries where tremendous rewards can't be delivered.

Summary: Excellent, I would recommend it to anyone, it is super easy to use and navigate. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. You can always rely on this guys really!

Positive: I have been working with Tremendous for the past five years: it is really a great platform for rewards. Furthermore, their team is always available and responsive. They respond in the next hour or so with a brief and nice resolution so we all go happy afterwards. I highly recommend it for all the businesses that need to process rewards.

Negative: They should have more redeeming options for clients in Asia.
