Positive: The best advantage is that Tremendous allow sending to use the Paypal Gift Cards. Our company has been looking for such a solution for a long time. The API integration went very smoothly. There are no delays when ordering a gift card.

Negative: So far we haven't had any problems with Tremendous. If you have any questions or concerns, the technical support department responds almost immediately.

Summary: Love this service. Thanks very much also for your revenue generation model that allows you to give us the service of fee-free cash cards around the world.

Positive: You can send cash gift cards around the world.
If delivered digitally, will be zero fees.
You can customize cards with brand colors and logo.
You can export all transactions to a csv file for your accounting purposes.

Negative: There is a verification process before the gift cards are sent out, even if the money is sent for funds already deposited into the Tremendous platform.

Summary: Overall the customer service beats every other competitor and I really enjoy working with them.

Positive: The customer service team is exceptional at Tremendous! They are very friendly and always around to help. The easy of use and the ability to send money in different currencies is great!

Negative: The fees added on could be reduced for our use, however, is comparable to competitors.

Summary: I would recommend this product to any business that wants to find a way to compensate their customers!

Negative: Hard to get connected to customer service if there is an issue.

Summary: It is very easy to use! Another thing that I really appreciate as a project manager dealing with so many respondents daily is the help that Tremendous Support offers. Their staff is very detailed, responsive, and helpful and has an excellent approach to dealing with difficult situations.

Positive: Onboarding people to use Tremendous is pretty fast and successful due to its user-friendly interface.

Negative: The only thing I would suggest doing is proving push notifications regarding failed deliveries. They are listed in the rewards section but do not stand out so much. An option for depositing the money into respondents’ accounts would be beneficial, especially with international payouts where platforms like PayPal would take a higher fee.

Summary: Good platform that I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple to use website to allocate gift cards.

Positive: This platform is very easy to use and get acclimated to so pretty much anyone can start using it effectively within minutes of obtaining an account. I also like that they have many different options for virtual gift cards and more are being added on a regular basis. I also like their record keeping system, which makes it easy to track how much has been allocated in gift cards.

Negative: Sometimes it may take awhile to hear from customer/tech support during the few times that the system has glitched.

Summary: Overall a very satisfactory product that we have been using to reward customers or leads who fill out our detailed & long survey. We saw good conversions when we introduced tremendous gift cards.

Positive: - Very easy to use for businesses to reward employees, survey participants & customers for a lot of use cases

- Has options for multiple countries which makes is easier for businesses like us who have customers all over the world

- For the end user who redeems the reward, they have so many choices in redeeming the gift card that it becomes really great for them. The options include Virtual Visa/MasterCard, Amazon/Walmart & other such gift cards and also an option to donate to NGOs

Negative: - No clarity if the end-user has used the gift card or not.

Summary: Recommend to all! There's no learning needed to use the tool! Really appreciate the seamless ease of use, great for even non-tech savvy folks!

Positive: Love how easy to use it is.

Negative: The only thing I don't like is the specific format needed when uploading CSVs. It's a small annoyance but I can live with it.

Summary: Overall, Tremendous has simplified my job. I don't have to write a bunch of checks anymore that take forever to be received. I can resend or cancel rewards if I need to and I can track who I sent a reward to, when, and how much. I'm so happy with Tremendous. I use it almost every day! I did check out similar products and Tremendous seemed like the best fit for our company.

Positive: Low cost, easy to use, quick delivery, great tech support, and lots of options when giving out a reward. The convenience, quick delivery, and payment options seem to be what our respondents like the most. Tremendous saves me so much time and I can always look back to see what I did and when.

Negative: Not really a con but I can't really tell when a reward is delivered if the respondent redeemed the reward. The dashboard will say the reward is delivered to the email, but sometimes respondents can't find it, etc. I just usually assume they received it unless they call to complain. This isn't a big con honestly, but sometimes respondents are irate about a reward that they didn't realize is sitting in their email somewhere. This is probably more human error because the respondents don't always look for the reward.

Summary: Overall great product, love that it is free and easy to get started. Can be broken down into teams to allow management access and used for employees worldwide.

Positive: Ease of use, promotion of employee recognition and team engagement perfect for employers with international employees.

Negative: Inability to send a gift without creating a campaign ahead of time which can be time-consuming. No option for small organizations to utilize corporate pricing unless you hit a large target amount in purchases on a calendar basis.

Summary: Within minutes, I've got a new email template set up and have ordered my first reward to be sent. I've also uploaded a list of people to send rewards to, that worked seamlessly.

Positive: Tremendous is easy to use, easy to set up reward campaigns to support what ever type of reward/incentive payments you want to provide.

Negative: I'd like it if the online help documentation was more detailed. For example, one of the fields to fill out is labelled 'PDR'. could not find that anywhere in the docs. Turns out that's the project manager.

Summary: Overall a great experience, we will continue to use Tremendous and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple gift card platform.

Positive: The platform was simple to set up initially, and running new campaigns is intuitive. Our customer-facing teams appreciate sending links with rewards at different touchpoints and Tremendous allows us to do that.

Negative: I have mentioned this to the team before and additional rewards are being added, but the international reward options are not as varied as the NA ones.

Summary: I've used a couple reward platforms and this one I found to be the most simple. It's everything you need it to be and nothing that you don't.

Positive: It is a very minimal platform. It is super simple to use and easy to get others in the company up and running. It's made sending rewards so simple.

Negative: If you had more advanced needs then it might not be able to do everything you need it to but for our purposes it does everything very easily.

Summary: I love it! We have virtual events weekly through out org and doing our prize drawings at the end is sooo easy with Tremendous! I love that our attendees can choose from so many prize options!

Positive: We use this for prizes and recognition for a national non-profit with supporters all over the country. There is nothing else that is as easy, flexible, and fast!

Negative: Nothing! It is literally so easy! I haven't done any large batch sending but I send 3-5 awards at a time and entering the info takes less than 5 minutes!

Summary: Overall, I definitely recommend Tremendous for anyone who is looking to send rewards to any number of individuals.

Positive: This software is simple and easy to use. When I am rewarding customers and users, I can have rewards sent out in 1-2 minutes and move on with my day.

Negative: I wish I had the ability to see who hasn't redeemed their rewards.
