Summary: Simple to use gift card program for team member rewards - we use this at least monthly to help reward team players - super fast and simple integration.

Positive: Easy to use for team rewards with loads of gift card options to utilize both domestically and internationally.

Negative: International rewards can be punky - most people want to get USA Visa gift card verse international gift card - not super clear.

Summary: I couldn't be happier. This platform works exactly how we would expect, is a delight for our employees and customers.

Positive: I was looking for an easy way to send gift cards manually as well as automated for our company. The platform is very easy to use and we haven't had a significant problem. Their online support has been helpful the entire time.

Negative: While the email and landing pages for rewards are customizable, I would have loved to be able to add additional customization.

Summary: Overall, Tremendous is a reliable and user friendly tool for digital rewards. It’s made the process of sending incentives way easier and more enjoyable, both for me as the sender and for those receiving the rewards. With just a bit more flexibility in reporting and design, it would be a perfect 5 but for now, I confidently give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Positive: One of the biggest advantages of using Tremendous is the wide variety of reward options available. Instead of locking people into one retailer, recipients can choose what actually suits them whether that’s Amazon, Target, DoorDash, or even charitable donations. That flexibility has been a huge plus for our team, especially since everyone has different preferences. The interface is clean, and sending out rewards is incredibly fast. You can upload bulk lists, customize templates, and get rewards out in just a few clicks. I also appreciate the tracking tools it's helpful to see which rewards have been claimed and when, especially when following up with recipients.

Negative: While the core platform works smoothly, the customization options for templates and branding are somewhat limited unless you’re on a higher tier plan. I also wish there were more advanced reporting features basic insights are there, but for teams sending hundreds of rewards per month, deeper analytics would make budgeting and ROI tracking easier. Lastly, some users have reported reward emails landing in spam folders, so it's important to give recipients a heads-up or send follow-ups.

Summary: Tremendous helps me to reward my research participants in an easy and fast way. I like the email templates that save me time on writing messages, sent together with the rewards.

Positive: Features that speed up sending rewards, e.g.: - Email templates to send rewards for various initiatives easily. - An option to send rewards in batches. - Multiple available account top-up methods.

Negative: I didn't like the flow of sending the rewards, but I see that it's currently being improved.

Summary: Remote makes rewarding employees or partners very fast and easy and gives the ability of choice when it come to rewards, both for employees and employers.

Positive: Ease of use when setting up and sending rewards. Vast choice of rewards globally, possibility of personalisation of the rewards and messages.

Negative: Platform design could use a bit of a revamp, but that is it.

Summary: Pretty good product overall, among the best, if not the best on the market. We've been using it as a part of our initiative program for a few years, can't complain.

Positive: + Simple API
+ Wide selection of cards, including digital VISA
+ Has built in functionality for the users to select their gift cards

Negative: + Digital VISA comes with a US address and doesn't work everywhere
+ Not often, but sometimes the website has problems so we have to wait for a few hours until they are fixed.

Summary: Overall, I'm very happy with the burden the system takes on as opposed to me and my research team. We are able to send links to anyone in the world and they can have the freedom to choose a reward that suits them. They like the freedom, and we like the onus being on them to decide!

Positive: I like that it's free, the customers can choose what reward they want to redeem, they are also free to select the country/language, it really leaves much of the decision making and time to them, rather than on my team.

Negative: I don't love how you can't see if a card has been redeemed. I would like to manage this more tightly as we don't want to waste money. The security/PII deletion policy is also not perfect...if we have someone who wants their data erased, we have to delete our entire Tremendous account? Odd process and if that does happen, we won't be re-setting it back up.

Summary: The product does everything you'd expect it to do. I've used it for almost a year now and have no desire to try out competitors.

Positive: The product allows creation of multiple different templates for multiple campaigns. It allows uploading of recipients in CSV format which saves a lot of time and hassle. Making sure everyone gets their rewards is simple, as the product offers good ways of tracking sent rewards.

Customer support is also very professional and helps with all issues quickly.

Negative: I'd wish that there'd be an option to be invoiced afterwards instead of just adding funds to the account beforehand. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about, everything works great and all needs are met!

Summary: Overall my experience has been very positive, but I feel like some cards go unclaimed and I have no way of knowing. The process for our customers claiming gift cards is very easy and we've had no problems with it. I would recommend Tremendous for sure!

Positive: They have a full international list of local gift card options, users can choose their own gift card. The setup was very easy.

Negative: It frustrates me that you can't see the redemption status. It's possible that we have paid for gift cards but they have gone unclaimed. There is no way of knowing that we need to remind our customers or get our money back if they remain unclaimed.

Summary: Tremendous is supposed to send my payment from a company called ab data to my bank account via ACH. Tremendous Is holding my payment for two weeks for no other reason than so they can make money from it. Tremendous is holding hundreds of thousands of dollars for weeks at a time from customer thereby getting an interest free loan off of our money. This is unfair to the customer and probably illegal. Tremendous should give us our money immediately and not make money deliberately holding it for weeks at a time for their profit

Positive: Nothing absolutely nothing they are useless and makes money by holding payments so they can get a free interest on your money.
