Summary: The overall experience has been nothing short of amazing, starting with the incredibly fast setup process that takes only about 10 minutes. Additionally, the absence of any subscription fees adds to the value, making it very appealing. I strongly encourage anyone who is in search of an effective incentive tool to consider Tremendous, as it has proven to be a fantastic option for these needs.

Positive: Getting started with Tremendous was an exceptionally quick and straightforward process. In less than 10 minutes, we found ourselves successfully sending incentives directly to our customers. The platform's appeal was further enhanced by the lack of any subscription fees or additional costs, which meant we only incurred expenses when we actually sent an incentive. Given these advantageous features, it became an obvious and ideal choice for our needs.

Negative: I can't think of anything of the top of my mind that I don't like about Tremendous. It has been a game changer for us and has helped us get better engagement from potential research participants.

Summary: Have been using Tremendous for a few years now and very happy with it as a way to incentivize research. Whether we talk to one person in a week or need to send out 200 survey incentives, the system works well at either size. Appreciate that PayPal is an option but you can turn it off to save money.

Positive: Super fast to do one incentive or one hundred.
Great tracking.
You can use a purchase order to reduce fees.
Friendly and straightforward interface.
Easy to learn.
Lots of countries and they actively work on this.

Negative: The expiration dates on some of the international gifts aren't great.
Takes a lot of back and forth when something goes wrong.

Summary: Best reward tool I have used, and I have not gone back to any of the previous options I tested ever since my first usage.

Positive: I love that it works for multiple countries and is easy to use, also the amount of options on cards and other benefits you can send

Negative: Not really a con, but something I believe they could improve in the future is setting up some automations. I use it to reward participants on Product Interviews and it would be nice to set it up so that somehow it creates a "pre-reward" every time a certain type of meeting is scheduled.

Summary: Overall, it's really one of the best/easiest ways to incentivize survey respondents, which is what we use it for. I can't imaging switching to some other platform for this.

Positive: Ease of setting up reward campaigns. Ease of reporting features. Ease of embedding in using the API. Just a general ease of doing things.

Negative: Nothing really. I mean the search functionality could be a little more robust and easy to do than it is. But, that is okay, once you learn it, it's fairly self-explanatory.

Summary: Overall, it's a fantastic tool that is free to use and makes online gifting 100X easier. You can sign up, add funds, customize a campaign, and send it out in less than an hour.

Positive: It can be set up in a few minutes, you can customize it to be gift cards only, donations only, or gift cards and donations, and you can customize the branding for a better user experience.

Negative: Nothing I don't like but I wish you could submit charities that they can add to the charity list.

Summary: Overall we have been using Tremendous for 3 years now and it has been life changing. We used to use Venmo and Cash App but they would shut our accounts down after sending too much money. Tremendous we have sent almost a half a million dollars in referrals and we are still going!

Positive: I really like that I am able to send referrals to our dealer partners so easily and have a customer support team to help me when I run into trouble. It is important for us to get our dealer referral partner's phone numbers and then in turn we can send them $100 via tremendous by just sending a text message. There is a way to send multiple referrals at once too which is helpful and saves time!

Negative: The only con I can think of is that Tremendous doesn't have a customer service support phone number... you have to do it all through email but they are usually pretty quick!

Summary: I would recommend Tremendous to anyone, the support team is really something else, you have a feeling as if you are their only customer, in terms of how quickly they get back to you

Positive: Ease of access - UX is very good, features are intuitive and it's easy to navigate. The support is amazing - we receive super quick replies and they help us in a few hours

Negative: The only thing that could be better in an ideal world is to offer a bit more options when it comes to receiving payments

Summary: Tremendous is a great platform that meets all of our gift and reward needs. Since using Tremendous, we have rarely used any other platforms

Negative: No cons. The only improvement I would suggest is having a status for each order listing whether the reward has been delivered, opened, and redeemed.

Negative: It could be easier to create new campaigns from existing templates. Additionally, there could be a way for us to know if the user has successfully received their reward.

My experience with Tremendous was briefly marred when, post the submission of documents for profile verification, our account faced a blockade. The lack of a clear reason for this action was a tad disconcerting. In moments like these, the value of customer support becomes paramount, and this is where Tremendous shone yet again. Despite the initial setback causing concern, the customer support team's promptness, courtesy, and expertise were genuinely praiseworthy. They addressed our concerns promptly, ensuring that the overall experience remained largely positive. I believe that while the platform is exceptional, it's important for the team behind Tremendous to ensure transparency and proactive communication, especially in scenarios where users might feel left in the dark.

Negative: There are no cons to using Tremendous at all. It's amazing.

Summary: It's a simple platform that helps with customers and employees engagement. It requires little effort to training new users, and to understand how it works. It's a great way of connecting global teams and encourage morale.

Positive: Simplicity, it's so easy to implement and to use, as well as very straightforward to onboard new users, which it's cost saving.

Negative: Nothing to point out. It has a huge offer of options, and it's as quick as described.

Summary: This tool has enabled our teams to move quickly in gift card dissemination. The self serve feature is helpful and was a requirement for a virtual reward solution.

Positive: Easy DIY set up.
Quickly create teams and admins and users within those teams.
Establish approval processes, generate invoices, and track rewards.
Build, manage, and share customized campaigns within and across teams.

Negative: When editing an existing campaign, it would be great to be able to edit the email and webpage at the same time instead of clicking in and out of it each time.

I wish we could see when rewards were claimed or not, which would help when recipients claim they haven't received their message.

Lastly, a couple more restrictions for users and/or admins when setting up teams would be nice. For example, we would want to disable the ability to send physical gift cards, limit text message delivery, and disable bulk order.

Summary: Our experience with Tremendous has been fantastic. Would recommend this app to anyone regardless of their work area.

Positive: What I really like about Tremendous is how easy it is to use. We have been using it for almost a year and we use it almost every week if not everyday. It helps us ease the networking part of our business and open doors for new business.

Negative: Something we would want to see improve in Tremendous is being able to see if a gift card was redeemed or not.
