Negative: I wish there were more localised incentives for each country. The current ones sometimes limit you to a specific number, for example, $25, $50, $100

Negative: I sent to an email that was undeliverable and I wasn't able to change the recipient after sending.

Positive: We have been using Tremendous to streamline our rewards for the past couple of years, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent.

One of the biggest pros is the wide variety of reward options—from digital gift cards to prepaid Visa cards, charitable donations, and even direct cash transfers. It supports both domestic and international recipients, which is a huge plus for our global members.

The platform is incredibly easy to use. You can send rewards instantly via email or SMS, and the recipient gets to choose how they want to redeem it. The custom branding options allow us to personalize the experience, so it still feels on-brand from start to finish.

Another bonus: there are no monthly fees or minimums. We only pay when we send a reward, making it cost-effective.

Negative: There are no cons that I can speak of. I would recommend Tremendous to everyone.

Summary: Tremendous has been a great tool for sending survey incentives and team rewards. I can quickly and easily send incentives for surveys, IDIs, focus groups, etc using templates that match how they were recruited. There is a very good selection of rewards available and I've saved a lot of time going back and forth with respondents using this tool vs other tools or just sending email money transfers.

Positive: Tremendous is incredibly easy to set up and use, making it a great choice for running rewards and incentive campaigns. We’ve used it for multiple campaigns and have found the integration with other platforms like Viral Loops and Zapier to be seamless. The platform truly works out of the box—no complicated onboarding, just quick deployment and a wide range of reward options.

Negative: The main downside is that Tremendous bills in USD, even when you’re sending rewards in other currencies like AUD. This means there can be some currency conversion fees, which can add up over time. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re sending large volumes internationally.

Summary: But honestly, that’s a small thing compared to how well the platform works. I haven’t run into any major issues, and I’ll definitely keep using Tremendous for future campaigns.

Positive: Tremendous has been a game-changer for me when it comes to managing rewards. I’ve used it three times since April 2024, and every time, the process has been smooth and stress-free. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to track orders, see statuses, and find the information I need without digging through endless menus. I love how transparent everything is—when I send a reward, I can instantly see its progress and know that it’s been delivered successfully. It’s taken the guesswork out of managing payouts, which used to be a much more time-consuming process.

Another huge plus is its global reach. Since I work across different markets, having a platform that supports multiple currencies and payout methods has been incredibly helpful. Instead of worrying about different payment systems, Tremendous handles it all, allowing me to focus on other priorities. It’s also saved me a ton of time—what used to be a manual process is now streamlined, making my workflow much more efficient.

Negative: If I had to point out an area for improvement, I’d say I’d love a bit more customisation when sending rewards, like the ability to personalise messaging or branding more.

Positive: Most importantly, we can send gift cards in various currencies, which is essential as we serve clients across the globe.

Negative: The only thing we don't like is that it turns out that the Visa Prepaid card offered via Tremendous cannot be used on Amazon and on many other online stores, which can be quite a frustration. I'm not sure though whether this is something Tremendous can work on or not. However, in case a client is not able to the Visa prepaid card, Tremendous team replaces it with another redemption option.
It would be great if we could see if the client used their gift card.

Summary: I highly recommend Tremendous to anyone who gives gifts or needs a way to thank people. It's an easy and super effective way to recognize anyone!

Positive: Tremendous makes gift giving super easy. It's an easy platform to use and people love being appreciated in this way! And it's easy to redeem the gift cards, too.

Negative: There are no cons that I have found, except I wish I could see if people used their reward.

Summary: I use Tremendous every day. It's incredibly easy as well as being a time saver. The customizable fields and campaigns are really useful for us. I would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Overall, as I previously said - I'm a daily (if not hourly) Tremendous user who is generally VERY satisfied with their offerings, support, timely performance, and website.
I know I already mentioned this but I do really like that options to redeem include a completely different variety of offerings like online and physical card rewards, gift cards, bank transfers, giving the money to multiple different charities, PayPal, etc. It's great and there is an option for everyone, whether we're speaking about out internal employees or external participants in market research consultancies.

The website is easy to navigate and finding information is not an issue if anyone asks me anything, I can probably find the information myself by looking at their website. I also like the admin part of it, how I can check if someone has received their reward and if not, resend it, etc. It's great to have so much information before having to ask for help. But then again - if we do ask for help, it's always received in a very fast, efficient and kind way.

Positive: It has a lot of pros, and I'd say 0 cons. The things I like the most are their support (emailing them is a satisfaction and not a stressful situation which is extremely rare these days), and the variety of options that we can offer to our participants (market research consultancies); I like that options include completely different offerings like card rewards, gift cards, bank transfers, giving the money to multiple different charities, PayPal, etc.

Negative: There really are not any cons. Maybe I'd say it would be better if some countries had more options to redeem rewards but I know this is not entirely up to Tremendous so it doesn't really count as a con.

Summary: We love using Tremendous and they are our main solution for sending rewards. The API in general is great and fit our needs very well - we send rewards in batches through API integration. Their support team is always responsive and fast in resolving any problem.

Positive: It was really quick and easy to set up and the pricing model is great. Their API documentation is very well written and the integration with their API is seamless. Not a single issue after 4+ usage in terms of successfully sending rewards through API. Great choice of gift card options. New feature for fraud prevention seems promising!

Negative: Offering more options outside of USA would be truly awesome, we are hoping that one day Bank Transfer option will be available for all countries. Customization of reward page and email is quite limited, having more design freedom would be a plus. The insight into unredeemed rewards is not very transparent. API does not support sending this information to integrated platforms via webhooks.

Summary: Overall very good experience. I'm seeing more user retention and engagements ever since started offering Tremendous Gift Cards

Positive: Been using Tremendous for several months, it's quite easy to use with lots of features. It's good that Tremendous constantly expand their Gift Card Catalog. It also has quite a good Fraud Prevention measures.

Negative: I can't think of any cons at this time, but what I think can improve, is if Tremendous finds a way to offer and deliver crypto rewards to users, in a form of Gift Cards. I've already proposed this several times and unfortunately Tremendous have no plans to offer Crypto Rewards at this time, but I can say based on 5-Years of experience, there is a very huge demand for Crypto Rewards by users, within my industry, and Tremendous can also heavily benefit, if such a way is provided.

Summary: Tremendous has made the tedious process of sending research participants a gift card for compensation of their time so beyond easy. I am in love with this product. Our internal teams are heavy users of the product, and we continually get asked to add more people. We actually use it internally for paying out team members for points they earned for doing a great job. Customers have a great experience, too. I've actually had customers write back and ask for more feedback on our experience with the tool and share that they plan to suggest it to their company. The team did a great job with making a cumbersome process so much easier with technology.

Positive: Tremendous makes it super easy to send out gift cards to research participants. The user interface is so user-friendly that I never had to even read a how-to guide, though Tremendous does have those if you need them. And the once and only time I needed to engage with Tremendous Support they were very responsive, and immediately solved the issue.

Negative: It would be valuable if there was a way to automate sending invoices to internal teams that need to review this information. I have to manually download this information today. That said, there is value in manually downloading it because I am able to take a look and ensure everything is correct. And for all the things Tremendous does amazing well, this is not that critical of a feature request.
