Summary: The amount of benefits that Trello has brought us is great. Since it belongs to our company, at the beginning, our main objective with this platform was that it will help us to carry out small projects, which took about a week, however as time went by we discovered that this platform went much further, we were able to carry out much more intense projects which also involved many more participants, this platform allowed us to add all those participants and be able to create a fairly high number of projects. Currently, within our company, more than 25 projects are developed monthly, we are a real estate company that constantly needs to carry out renovations or inspections in various properties, all these renovations count as a project for us, so from this platform we have been able to manage them correctly and being able to know the workflow that each employee has been having in a specific way, we can know the work power that each person has already had. We will continue to use this magnificent shower in all areas of our company, it is currently in operation in all areas of the company because it allows us to develop projects together and with a much broader participation.

Positive: Trello It is considered by us as one of the best options to consider to exercise constant monitoring and perfect administration of the projects that I am developing, as well as it can supervise tasks of your employees, in our company we use this platform to carry out all kinds of projects and manage the workflow, one of the things that I liked the most were the following:

- I love the way of working and how intuitive this platform is, because it offers me a much more varied view for the work and projects that are being carried out, you can configure the view as boards or lists, this will help you to correctly understand the number of projects being carried out within a specific sector or within various sectors of the company. The view inside Trello It is magnificent, it helps you correctly understand what projects are being developed and the projects that have already been completed, the wide view that this platform provides is impressive.

- This platform has keyboard shortcuts to move within the amount of project that I am doing, in addition you can also use these keyboard shortcuts to change the different views of the platform, very few or out of projects currently has a system of keyboard shortcut, this platform has the system and I am proud to be using it, since it has allowed me to move much more within the platform and has brought simplicity to general use.

- This platform also has constant updates of services, you can get security updates that help you protect each of the projects in the information that is in them. The one that has too many integrations, is one of the project software that currently has the most integrations, this will help you collect information from various platforms and use them within the projects you are working on.

Negative: I really have not had any type of problem with the Trello platform. This platform has belonged to our work group for more than two years. We have obtained various benefits which have helped us to customize all our projects and complete them in less time. highlight that the general functionality, the visualization of workflow progress graphics have been wonderful, at no time have they given any type of error and the workflow information is updated in real time, so it is very easy to know the progress that each project is having and the employees that make up a specific project. I'm happy with this platform because it hasn't given me any kind of problems, I'm also happy with the rate we've been paying all this time, it's quite cheap software and it helps maintain the economy of the company thanks to the development of shorter time projects.

Summary: For clarification, I use the free version of Trello. I have utilized Trello over the years and find it a great tool to utilize for project management purposes. It allows for a quick look to see what tasks are in progress, are done and need started and who should be responsible for it. This ability is quite useful when managing projects, especially when one is in a crunch.

Positive: Trello provides a great tool to list the needed tasks and responsible users for projects, or specific phases of projects. I have utilized Trello on and off during urgent crunch periods for my projects over the last few years and find that it is a great tool. This said, it does require all relevant users of the project are involved and utilize the Trello as well.

Negative: I have very little complaints about Trello, my only real complaint is that I do not care for its user interface aesthetic.

Summary: My general summary and how Trello has helped in my work environment is that collaboration has seemed clear to me, meeting the objectives that have been proposed at the beginning of the project, being able to track them very easily as well as generate reports and analyze the results, it is also simple the assignment of tasks and how many groups must carry out that specific task with trained personnel with the same characteristics. We have been able to work remotely, maintaining a connected organization and having reports already planned for weekly events. The setback when someone cannot complete the task has been drastically reduced, thus being able to reassign it to another individual who is available and capable of executing it without problems. It keeps the work team more proactive when they no longer have to deal with a huge paperwork to be able to deliver copies of everything that has been done during the day, thus increasing productivity. For the most part, I recommend that you begin to familiarize yourself with the platform before resorting to the final version, carrying out tests on small, not-so-important projects to see if you have met the project deadlines without problems and if the tasks have been managed more efficiently. In summary, to monitor the activities and tasks of one or several projects at the same time to see if it is really necessary to create a culture, so to speak, of this ecosystem, but for me and my work team everything has been fine despite the small improvements that are needed.

Positive: Trello has been the best option when it comes to wanting to move the complete management and organization of projects from the archaic to the digital and completely automated. The way in which each individual involved in a project is added and organized in groups according to their task is very simple. Within the time that Trello has been implemented, I can say that its board is fully customizable, making it more aesthetically pleasing to the end user since they can work more comfortably than being able to choose the colors in their personal section, adapting to what they really want to see. In the board it is very practical how it is organized, since you can easily see the progress of the projects where the person is involved within your company (you can also involve clients to see the progress status), I can also see pending tasks and final deadlines for compliance. I cannot leave aside the fact that you can manage, organize, view tasks, generate reports and other things remotely. This is a great advantage for workers since it makes it more flexible to complete a task within a project without the need to resort physically to report each status of the project or assigned task. Trello has been easy to use due to the easy training, this is a great time saver when you want to include new staff and introduce them once and for all to the systems used within the company, as in this case with Trello. I can affirm that the collaboration has been more structured and organized, without complications or misunderstandings within a project. Finally, my other positive point that I really believe that every software, website or OS should always have is drag and drop, this function is very practical and I am very happy that Trello has it since it saves a lot of time when organizing.

Negative: The main problem I have had with this platform is the synchronization of the board of the entire work team that is within one or several projects, tests have been carried out to see the speed with which the status of the completed tasks, actions taken or some notification and it was noted that it took some time for all the team involved to see the applied update. This does not prevent the use of Trello but it does disappoint a bit because the first thing that is required to automate the work is speed and in short-term projects it is of the utmost importance that everyone is as up-to-date as possible, even the client wants to see real-time project progress. Another point in favor is the little interaction it has with other platforms, in my case I don't see how it can be integrated with Slack in an easier way to be able to carry out specific and organized topics of conversation within a project without losing the thread. I know that I have mentioned how easy and simple it is to share what is done on this platform with clients, but a user outside of Trello is almost difficult because it is not intuitive, complete or safe when it comes to a user who needs to perform a follow-up if you are a client and without being part of the project team. The reports that are generated to be honest are not very practical, there are things that are practically unnecessary as well as others that are missing, very few personalized and incomplete, that essential aspect needs to be improved. I would like more detailed information but one that is practical and easy to understand if you go directly to a project but rather see almost everything within the main dashboard without losing versatility. I would also like them to improve performance when working with large teams since it is very difficult to manage within the platform. Add more additional CRM features.

Summary: Trello created a solution that another program of mine could not. It is a straightforward and organized interface that keeps me and my team on track for our tasks. Would highly recommend for any size company.

Positive: Trello does task management very well. It has many customization options to organize your tasks exactly how you want them for you or your team. It offers a better task management system than the CRM I utilize making it a great add-on to my current tools.

Negative: The customization on the to-do cards are lacking. There could be more options when it comes to labels and compartmentalizing task to create a more specific category for each card.

Summary: Great, highly recommend this as a daily productivity tool. Easy to setup and runs on mobile and desktop computers.

Positive: Very easily to understand and use. I like the graphical interface and the layout of the screen. And it is free to use.

Negative: Not much to criticize about how the application works.

Summary: I'd recommend Trello to the teams who need to share tasks, for example, when you are working on the project and decided to ask someone to join in the middle of the process and share the expertise. It also helps to stay focused and see everything you need to do. I like Trello for this! Also, I believe that the option of choosing your own design is a plus. All the features and tools are easy to use.

Positive: I work with Trello for many years. It is very convenient to track tasks, set deadlines, and share boards with the team. So even we are working online, we see how the tasks are managed.

Negative: If you have a huge workflow you may get lost in all the boards and cards but good organisational skills may help here.

Summary: Trello is fun to use, and is a create tool to improve efficiency and teamwork. We've also found it useful to track leads and follow-up in a way that is visual and easy to quickly grasp.

Positive: My team has used Trello for both program management, and as a way to visually organize data. I love sticky notes in general, so I love the sticky note themed visuals, but they are so much better than the paper copies because 1) they don't fall off my wall and 2) multiple team members can be updating them as they work on tasks no matter where they are working from.

Negative: I found it difficult to easily combine Trello boards or to share them with someone who wasn't part of the team creating the board.

Summary: Trello is the one tool I always have on every platform. I have used it for years back before Atlassian bought them. I am happy that they didn't ruin it when they bought it.

Positive: Love the simplicity and organization this gives me. I am able to set checklist, share content and track items easily. I use this for everything I track. Projects, personal lists and Goals.

Negative: The migration to Workspaces was a little tricky. I understand why they did it but I had to move a lot of boards around and do a lot of permission stuff to get it back to how I wanted it. Overall not a big deal but I got it working fine.

Summary: Our work has become much more dynamic since we implemented Trello, a cloud-based work management tool, where we can perform most of our operations without having to resort to third-party software, the workflow has increased its productivity thanks to Trello.

Positive: Trello provides an expanded view of the management of tasks and projects that are being executed at the time, achieving greater control of the activities resulting in an increase in the efficiency of operations and transactions of the company.

Negative: We would like to have a greater number of integrations and also that these do not represent a very high cost, since the tool is extremely complete but still has room for improvement. Sometimes it tends to be slow if you do not have a good internet connection.

Summary: Overall, I've been very pleased with Trello. I have the free plan and it has met all my needs just fine.

Positive: I've been using Trello for many years now and it's been a great way of collaborating with external customers. No messy email threads.

Negative: There is a little learning curve to it, but nothing that's overwhelming.

Summary: Trello is well prefect for organizing the stories/bugs, reminders, projects, and meeting agendas. Really easy to set up and run work flows and projects. Free version providing the more major features which would be good for small business. Very simple product, Highly recommending!

Negative: Great product for small project, but can be inconvenient for large project. Everything looks good and feel better than previous.

Summary: Trello has been a fundamental resource within our organization; it has allowed us to organize all our work and be aware of what we have to do today. Our work team has had a magnificent performance since we have Trello to manage the tasks we carry out; the best is in its work system in Kanban boards and its functions to make customizations. It is a program worth having. Today it is an indispensable resource in my organization from which we constantly benefit.

Positive: Trello is a sensational platform for managing content and tasks in an organized and efficient way. It has a user interface that is intuitive, easy to use, and its Kanban board system has been great for our team because it offers a fast, simple, and orderly way to manage tasks in real-time. It is simply amazing to handle simple tasks and projects, and it does not require too much training time because it is intuitive.

Negative: Nothing to say; there is nothing I dislike about this program; it has performed exceptionally. Trello usually gives very few problems due to its excellent performance; in all the time we have been using it, we have never had to go to the support team.

Summary: Overall I would recommend Trello to anyone out there who hasn't used project management software before, since it's easy to get started with. It also has one of the best free plans available.

Positive: I love the fact that you are able to get started right out the gate, their is not a big learning curve compared to some other software but that doesn't mean Trello cannot be powerful. With the seemingly endless amount of power ups you are able to make your Trello board work for you.

Negative: None so far, Trello has been serving me and my team well.

Summary: Using Trello, we have been able to reinvent our work methodology and move forward quickly and efficiently to fulfill our activities; I can keep my colleagues and superiors updated on the constant progress through the application and our clients through direct links to the project related to them. Organized work is the main benefit provided by Trello. It is perfect for delegating tasks and constantly monitoring the progress until we reach the goal that is the project's success.

Positive: I have always been looking for ways to improve and optimize my work routines and not forget the tasks we have pending to do. Trello was the best for that; it is easy to use. Its user interface is attractive, simple to keep track of items in an organized way, and its customization becomes fast for everyone's taste, making everything practical. We work in an orderly manner, we have been able to move forward both collectively and individually to meet the activities that our projects demand.

Negative: I can't think of anything I dislike about Trello. However, I would like it to be a little more flexible to design customizations.

Summary: I would highly recommend Trello to anyone who needs and easy to use project management system. Try it out!

Positive: Trello works great for project management! I love the simplicity of it! Everything is organized nicely.

Negative: While at times I wish the appearance was nicer, the simplicity of it makes up for that.
