    Best texting & scheduling software ever!

    Summary: Best customer support of all the various soft/hardwares I use in my tax preparation business!!! Prompt, courteous and quickly fix the few problems I've had and extremely helpful in setting text blasts even though they have shown me how in the past. These folks are very helpful!

    Positive: I have very enjoyed using this texting software. My clients like being reminded of their appointments.

    Negative: A little awkward for a novice to make changes in the appointment calendar "availability".

    Summary: Textellent is a great SMS marketing tool for business. It's a highly scalable platform and offers the easiest to start an SMS marketing campaign. SMS scheduling is very handy. Worked great for me.

    Positive: It offers an efficient SMS marketing tool to interact with customers. SMS scheduling gives me automation for my marketing. Reports give campaign performance and engagement data.

    Negative: Honestly, I never had any bad experience. No cons.

    Hooray for Boundaries

    Summary: So far it has been excellent. Being able to look like I am texting is a big plus. Looking forward to having this option for tax season 2021.

    Positive: Let's me text my clients from a computer dashboard! I don't have to provide my cell number or even receive messages on my cell. Work stays at work.

    I like the pre programmed campaigns.

    Great value. Great tech support.

    Negative: Interface is a little clunky but easy enough to figure out.
