Positive: Notifyre has been very reliable for my business. I use it to send SMS messages as part of AI-powered lead generation for local tradie businesses, and the platform has been easy to set up and use. Messages are delivered quickly, the interface is straightforward, and I haven't experienced any technical issues. The pricing is also reasonable for the features provided.

Negative: I haven't encountered any major issues so far. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding more built-in analytics and reporting features to make it easier to track campaign performance over time, although the current functionality has been more than sufficient for my needs.

Summary: Because I needed HIPAA compliance, I found Notifyre had good reviews. The agent I talked to answered all my questions and sent me all the documents I needed for the compliance. From start to finish, they were able to help me answer questions, send necessary documents, and send my first fax within 30 minutes. I like that I am not tied to a contract and have the flexibility to adjust as needed.

Positive: Very easy to set up, very quick responses to questions. The plans being flexible is also very helpful, in case demand rises or lowers.

Negative: As just a basic fax user, I have no complaints for their services provided for my needs.

Summary: Very happy with joining Notifyre and was recommended from a friend and colleague. Unfortunately some companies are still faxing so I needed and easy way to send and receive faxes. This is perfect for what I need

Summary: Their customer service is excellent. The cost is amazing. It's easy to use. A real weight off my mind.

Positive: It is so difficult to find a fax service from Australia to the UK. Now the big office supply company here in Aus has stopped doing that service I did not know what to do. As infrequently as I fax a subscription was costly, and Notifyre fit the bill as I can top up my balance any time. They've been around a while but did not show up in my search before.

Negative: There was absolutely nothing I did not like about Notifyre, it was easy and convenient.

Summary: Great product, easy to use. Having the ability to have different marketing lists set up makes it easier to use and not having to tick and untick per campaign.

Positive: Great platform to enable to the use of SMS marketing to our business. The platform is easy to use with setting up multiple marketing lists.

Negative: Be great if there was a QR code for customers to use to automatically add their contacts to the platform instead of manually entering them.

Summary: Ryan was very accommodating and helpful when we set up our account. He went above and beyond as he completed our BAA even given a tight timeframe

Summary: Excellent experience and will use again. It was very user friendly and the support and service were 100%. We sent SMS to over 8,500 clients easily at minimum cost to us.

Negative: That I had to change our mobile numbers from 04 to 614 but it was done easily with the support and advice I received.

Summary: While I am at my beginning of my journey with this company, as long as it has this type of customer service, I can't imagine being disappointed. Not to mention, it will also help me send those 3 faxes a year that our 1995 era government requires.

Positive: I am looking to send myself automated text messages. Unfortunately, the carrier registration process can be a bit of a square peg going into a very small orifice. Trust me, I know this because I did it with 2 other companies, and 1 of them the absolute worst ( go to dot com incase it gets auto scrubbed). I started online, but hadn't finished filling out the form yet when my phone rings. It is Notifyre wanting to help me fill out the form correctly the first time. Not some AI Go To Do Com mis-programmed automation. The first form I filled out, I was able to delete and start over, and then submitted it. All Easy peasy, and a REAL US ENGLISH SPEAKER called me. Thanks Ryan

Positive: In searching for digital fax services it's easy to become overwhelmed with available options. I send occasional faxes and simply didn't need to buy a monthly subscription.

Notifyre was exactly what I needed: very affordable per-page pricing. It was easy to sign up, top-up a initial $10 balance and within minutes I was able to fax some vital documents with a confirmation of submission.

Negative: So far, there are no 'cons' that I can see. Keep up the good work Notifyre!

I'm surprised some companies still use fax rather than email or filesharing, but it's great to have this in my resource now.
FIVE STAR product!!

Positive: SIMPLE Single Fax Service.
I love how they offer a non-expiring bank that you can open for $10 . In my case, I fax 3 pages maybe twice a year. My first fax here was so easy, went straight through, and cost me a whopping 8 pennies!
Two hours later I received a very courteous phone call - no upsell - just making sure my setup and fax went well.

Negative: Only that it took me SO long to find Notifyre today!
Everyone else wants either a subscription or turn out to be phishing scams.

Summary: Overall I am very pleased with the customer support, the intuitiveness of the system, and the speed at which the messages go out. I plan to work with Notifyre for a very long time.

Positive: We are an event company with a customer list around 7500. I have been struggling for well over a year to get 10DLC approved. Finally I gave up on using another company and turned to Notifyre. They were AWESOME at holding my hand through the verification process. They have been super great at communication, problem solving, and answering my rookie questions. The price point is fantastic and the customer service can’t be beat.

Negative: The dashboard could use some additional functionality but at the same time it has features that are waaay better than what we were using before.

Summary: Easy to use and reasonable price. Ideal for eventual users like me. Pricing is reasonable, I hope they will come up with a better proposal for receiving faxes.

Positive: Today there are very few situations where a fax is needed. Also, a fax is an additional machine you must keep at home. So having an online fax service makes sense, but most of the services require you to have a monthly subscription, which does not make sense for most of us. Having a pay-as-you-go is the best approach. Also using the web application is very user-friendly

Negative: You need to buy a fixed amount of money in advance and receiving faxes is an additional cost. I think this could be better.

Summary: It’s an amazing site which lets you upload PDFs (up to 100Mb files!) and send them as fax! Other services I found were limited to 20mb. I’m super happy with them and their online support team is quick and easy to work with.

Positive: The ease to setup the account, load the funds and send my fax was great! The cost was way below competitors!

Negative: The only con was the fact I had to load the account with minimum of $10. That amount won’t expire but I don’t send so many faxes.

Summary: Customer Service on the chat was excellent! I found a custom solution for me and am excited to continue to use the service. I received a follow-up call from a senior executive (not done for every customer I'm told) after my first faxes were sent and they called to offer suggestions and further information and feedback. Great service.

Positive: Needed a solution for email to fax. Customer care was excellent. They got me set up and ready to go in minutes. First fax sent without issue.

Negative: I didn't understand why they didn't have a "free" version like similar companies, but when I found out the reason why -spam companies like to use "trial" version companies to send faxes on pay-for-play accounts and the email-to-fax companies will end up paying the bills- I like the integrity and forthrightness of Notifyre.
