Positive: Easy to use, allows for color coordination so you can assign zoom appointments in one color, in person appointments in a secondary color and distinguish between tax preparers. Easy to set up with the guidance of Textellent Support Team. They were very knowledgeable and patient. The price is affordable.

Negative: At this time, there are no cons. If there are small problems the staff is always available to help.

Summary: I love the concept and believe our clients do as well. We need to inform clients on this platform that this is an advertisement

Positive: I think it's a great idea that our clients receive text messages to say happy birthday, happy holidays, etc. It makes them feel special and makes us look good.

Negative: Some folks don't like it. Those are removed. I also like adding my own images as the standard ones are too generic. One problem is that our clients call us from the number they get texts from and of course we can't respond.

Summary: I really like the ease of communicating with clients. With the use of Textellent my company can be on my clients minds more than once a year (tax time).

Positive: I can message my clients about important changes to their tax situation and wish them Happy Birthday. There are many options but these are my favorites.
