    Summary: As a Lessons Coordinator with Long & McQuade Musical Instruments Ltd, my job involves daily communication with teachers, parents & students.
    MessageKite allows me to streamline the process of booking students and informing teachers of cancellations, schedule changes or new students.
    Templates are super handy and make quick work of getting in touch with the customers. Also, the customers love that they can text in to cancel a lesson or just ask a question about lessons.

    Positive: There are so many things I love about MessageKite. Messaging groups are fantastic for sending out information to specific groups. I also appreciate the templates - they make quick work of sending out repeat information.

    Negative: I struggle with deleted contacts still showing up in pull-down menus.
