    Summary: Great software does what it says on the tin & no more.

    Positive: It has worked with ease from day 1. No wrestling with crap instructions or poor interface or bombarded with adverts and up sells. I use it twice a month and never had one issue with it. IMO it didn't need the face lift and I still use Classic view.

    Summary: All good. We haven't needed to use the support was the system is so user friendly. We are very happy with Textmagic.

    Summary: Excellent. Love using the program. Web and App capabilities are good. Helps coordinate training and compliance requirements.

    Positive: Personalised name message field works well and get the attention of the recipient. Adding document links is great. I use the scheduling feature extensively for sending timely reminders. It's good to see analytics e.g. how many messages were received, monthly reports etc. Great value for money.

    Negative: Short character length before adds as another message. Low cost doesn't create a big issue. Can't find where to change the sender ID when sending messages from the App. Nothing else of note detracts from the program.

    Summary: Amazing app. We use it in recruitment (telling candidates to check their email for interview details) as well as communicating with the staff on a regular basis. We have been able to record training notes and send the link to the relevant staff to watch and learn. During Covid it really helped us to keep in touch with our staff (150) who work at 5 different locations giving a consistent message and encouraging feedback.

    Positive: Quickly communicate to all staff at the same time.
    Keeps a record of what you sent and to whom.
    Payment set up so automatically adds credit.
    Account information easy to find.
    You can attach links to video messages.

    Negative: Updating distribution lists from an Excel spreadsheet could be better explained but I work around it OK.

    Summary: I use this to relay email alerts to sms text on my Verizon phone. It can be difficult to pass filters and sender checks when using automated systems that relay from my mail server. I can count on my sms messages getting to me.

    This is just my special use case but TextMagic is working for me and has for the last few years when I could no longer relay direct to my cellular sms.

    Positive: Passes my email to SMS through Verizon cellular. I need reliable deliverability since these are alarms I'm being notified of.
