    Summary: Very good. We began using Textellent in the fall of 2019. I got personalized start up instruction and group/online classes also. Support is very goo.

    Positive: As a tax preparation firm, getting clients to e-sign their tax documents is a critical function. We send out a Textellent message to our clients that the documents are ready and it GREATLY increases our response time. It cuts down on resending emails or leaving voice mails.

    Negative: I can't think of any cons at this point. I feel the software is priced right and performs well.

    Textellent is a must with text blasts

    Summary: Textellent provides me with the ability to do mass text blasts. This allows me to reach my clients immediately. The text messages are sent over a time span that allows everyone to be reached.

    Positive: I'm able to do an email blast to notify clients that it's appointment time. Clients respond immediately to text messages versus email.

    Clients enjoy getting birthday wishes. Clients reply back, always thanking me for the birthday wishes.

    Negative: A little difficult to work with Ultra Tax but support is extremely helpful in getting the information uploaded into Textellent.

    Textellent: The Preferred Platform for Text Marketing

    Summary: Fantastic experience. Very reliable service. Support team is very responsive and prompt. I never spent more than five minutes to get someone on the phone. I save a lot of money by using the Textellent platform, and its price is very reasonable.

    Positive: Automated system that communicates with my clients on a regular basis. That saves me thousands of dollars a year to market my business. It is very convenience. It allows me to stay in touch with my customers even when I am not physically doing it, saving me time and money.

    Negative: The learning curve . Not too user friendly. But the learning curve is worthy of anyone's time.

    Summary: Great product at a great price that continues to put the customer first. Love it! Textellent has made it so much easier for our clients to reach us and for us to reach them. I love how this company continues to evolve and add more features to an already great product. Whenever I need help I can call customer service and a real person is always there happy and willing to help. The website is user friendly and they continue to upgrade that as well. Looking forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

    Positive: Customer service is 5 stars. If there is ever a time that I need help I can pick up the phone and talk to a real person. Plus they have videos that walk you through all the areas of their product. The online scheduler and text message appointment reminders have pretty much eliminated our late/missed appointments. I love how we can send a text blast when we have an announcement and our clients love getting our birthday texts.

    Negative: The only that I would say is a con is that they do not have an app, yet. Waiting patiently for an app! :)
