Summary: SlickText is a game changer! I took a class saying that text messaging marketing was the way of the future and they were right. I incorporated the SlickText platform into my business marketing and saw an increase in conversions almost immediately.

Growing your audience is easer than ever. What I really like is that more people open text messages so it reaches more people and it also filters your audience. Only people truly interested in your product or service signs up. So it’s easier to offer products.

When I was able to connect SlickText to my Shopify store things really start picking up. I got so many people signed up with one click. It organized my contacts and helped me market more effectively.

It’s very easy to use. Easy to understand and your metrics are being recorded so you know how successful your campaigns are. This helps you decide what type of content your audience likes.

The text don’t have to be boring. You can include a short link and even media in your messages.

If you want to be more consistent reaching your audience with little effort this is the way to go about it!

Negative: - Text character limits make it hard to say what I want sometimes but if you add a picture to longer messages it will let you use more characters

- Pay attention to your audience because that will determine what plan works best for you.

Summary: This was a great experience! I am very pleased with the service that SlickText provides. I’m thankful that I will be taken care of if any problems should arise.

Positive: I love how speedy the communication is and that you get to message a real human. It is nice to be able to chat instead of emailing or calling as well.

Summary: So far SlickText has been a great choice! There were many bulk texting services to choose from, but SlickText offers many marketing tools and their platform is quite adaptable to meet the needs of each company. They also seem to come out with updates and new tools very frequently!

Positive: Gabriella was very helpful! I'm new to SlickText, so I had some questions about how to make the platform work for what our company needs. Gabriella took the time to research my questions and got back to me with a workable solution! I'm very impressed. I was also impressed by Branden, who has helped with onboarding our company. I like all the how-to videos, they have helped me every step of the way with setting up our account.

Negative: I'm concerned about how the auto-replies will impact our overall cost. That is the only thing so far.

Summary: I am really liking the convenience this has been for me for the past few months. Getting more dependent on it everyday.

Summary: SlickText is a one stop shop for all of my texting wants and needs for my business. I use it weekly, sometime bi-weekly and my return rate is amazing! Customer service is outstanding. They always reply to emails and their online chat support is always available and well versed in everything.

Positive: I have a dedicated team member for my account, however, the website chat is there for me when I need them! The website is very user friendly and easy to use. I love how easy it is to add numbers. I can have several text words and run contests. Rollover texts are a huge selling point and I use them often!

Negative: I can honestly think of no cons at this time. It is a little pricy, but totally worth it.

Positive: SlickText is a great text marketing provider. My texts are on time and reliable and they provide amazing customer service-I even got a quick response on a Saturday afternoon!

Summary: Overall, my experience with SlickText has been great thus far, and I'm excited to upgrade my plan and see what else this powerful software can accomplish for my business.

Positive: Customer service is pretty amazing with SlickText. I signed up for the trial, and reached out to customer service several times as I tried to get everything set up and understand it. Customer Service, especially Gabs, would respond immediately, and was very thorough in helping me understand the process and what I needed to do. If they take care of a customer on a free trial as well as they did for me, I can't imagine how great the customer service is for paying customers.

Negative: The only complaint I have is that it seems like it can get pretty expensive to send texts to customer base. 1 text to 500 customers once a month is all you can do with The Basic plan. To be fair there are several other plans to choose from and the pricing doesn't seem unreasonable for what you get.

Summary: Great Product and Company. I tried over a dozen solutions in the past and I ‘m glad this solution in on the market.

Positive: The product has a simple and elegant design that simply gets the job done.

Gabriel on the support team Provides outstanding support along with everyone else on the team.

They use humans in front of the AI responses and support Systems. That’s what you call Engagement Intelligence.!

Summary: We use SlickText to keep the plant informed of schedule changes, events, etc. Love that I can send a blanket text or have a single conversation with one individual. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend!

Negative: Not much. good stuff. Some included short codes with each keyword would be awesome
