Summary: I have been using it for years for working on a project that needs team contribution, and we can do the same on team viewer from our home without any issues or problems.

Positive: One of the finest and oldest software to give multiple people remote access over someone's device simultaneously, or you can simultaneously control tools like whiteboard remotely during a meeting. It works amazingly.

Negative: It sometimes takes a lot of time even to get online if your network is not fast. It is very tough to use it on slow internet.

Summary: When I started using TeamViewer, it was a bit difficult to adapt to the functionalities, because a series of configurations and mechanisms had to be made to be able to have correct connectivity with anyone, however, it took me a week to adapt to the functionalities of TeamViewer, it was really fast. This platform has been very stable in remote connectivity, I have been able to communicate with the person on the other computer, by microphone or by webcam. Also, TeamViewer offers me a real-time chat system, which helps me to make remote access even more complete than any other platform. I am satisfied with what TeamViewer has given me in remote connectivity, it has been very useful in these times when we do not do face-to-face work in the company.

Positive: For us, remote connectivity is quite important, in these times of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is where this platform called "TeamViewer" has been most beneficial. One of the things that I have liked the most during my experience with TeamViewer, are the following features:

1.- This platform has the ability to make improvements in fluency and video quality during remote connectivity. The button to improve quality, makes it consume a little more capacity of the computer and Internet Connectivity, to offer better quality, and the button to improve fluency, reduces the quality to be able to offer a greater speed when using the remote connectivity.
2.- Using TeamViewer is completely simple to use and connect remotely, since it is not like other platforms that only allow connectivity through the use of a shared link, just use an ID and password, and instantly the remote connection will be made.

Negative: In my personal and work opinion, I consider the TeamViewer app for devices to be very compact and has many buttons above the shared screen, which interrupt the mobility of the user. I would like an app for mobile phones that allows deactivating the button bar, in order to have a greater view of the remote screen. Also, this App has file sharing problems, causing files to take a long time to upload to the shared system offered by TeamViewer.

Summary: I find my overall experience with TeamViewer to be quite good due to the very stable remote connection it has provided. The file transaction system is a feature that could be improved and it has not affected my performance so much on this platform. Thanks to TeamViewer I have been able to connect with my co-workers immediately, and with impressive fluency. I'm very grateful to TeamViewer for speeding up and facilitating remote work. Currently in the conditions that the world is facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, TeamViewer has served a lot within our work area, because we have been able to work remotely, without having to leave home.

Positive: We currently use TeamViewer in our company as the main application to connect remotely and facilitate remote work. What I like most about this platform is that it offers me great video quality and fluency in remote management, this allows me to be able to use any computer without any problem, remotely. In addition, I really like TeamViewer because it allows me to connect remotely without having to do a long process or access a link, just use an ID and password, and immediately I will be connected remotely.

Another feature that I like about TeamViewer is its application for mobile phones, since I can control my computer in just an instant from my cell phone, and with a compact but quite comfortable design.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like about TeamViewer is the file transaction system. During each remote connection that I make with this platform, the option to share files, receive and send files appears, however, this system of sending and receiving files is very slow, causing each file to take too long to be sent to your recipient or the other person on the remote connection. I think this file transaction system should be optimized immediately for a better user experience.

Summary: Overall a lifesaver in situations where someone needs help. Also, it is cross-platform so that you can use it from anywhere. And it is very much easy to use. And now they have VR support too.

Positive: TeamViewer is one of the most popular and the oldest remote desktop tool out there in the market. It has tons of great features. You can share files, remotely control your friend's PC, have meetings there, etc. It is beneficial when there is some problem with your friend, and you need to check, but you are far away.

Negative: I have been using this since my childhood and I did not any cons in using this.

Summary: Impressive with screen share for presentations.
Simple with installation and configuration.
Reliable with video conferencing.

Positive: It's easy to connect by just using the username and password which is secure.
Very reliable with file transfer and access of files from anywhere.
Convenient with session recording.

Negative: Brilliant and incredible software with remote support.

Summary: Altogether, it provides well security as it tells when someone has joined and automatically changes the last used password after every meeting to assure privacy and prevent snooping. Ability to manage the quality and resolution of video help a lot when you want to save some data. If you have a good connection to the internet it works wonderfully.

Positive: I have used TeamViewer mostly for completing team projects, where we can talk and perform it at the same time. It provides multiple members to join together and collaborate with the remote access feature. The drawing board comes very headily during a team meeting.

Negative: The only major con of TeamViewer is that it requires a fast and stable internet connection. If the internet is not fast enough it won't let you join the meet. Apart from this, it works amazing.

Summary: Overall, I am using this software for quite a lot of time and the experience has been amazing, Thumbs up to Team Viewer.

Positive: You get a very fast and seamless experience with Team Viewer that helps you configure or support devices remotely.
File transfer and screen sharing work very fine without any latency whatsoever.
You get cross-platform support that is simply amazing.
You get a recording feature and security with encryption.

Negative: The application can be more user-friendly and less technical so every user can use it easily.
Sometimes you face an issue if two machines are using different versions of the software.
While file transferring you can only transfer files up to 25 MB, this limitation can increase.

Summary: Overall, I had a very good experience with Team Viewer I am using this software for the past two years and I haven't faced any major issues so far.

Positive: The best thing about Team Viewer is that you get all the basic features for access and remote control in the free version.
There is no latency in screen sharing or audio.
And the most important feature is the security you get with Team Viewer, You can share files without any security issue, and on top of that, the user interface is also very friendly.

Negative: For stable control and screen sharing, you need a good connection or the screen will lag and freeze continuously.

Summary: Overall experience is quite good.
It helps me personally (i.e whenever I stuck in problem like project work, my mate helps me easily through this app).

Positive: Best remote support which is free application.
File which is transferred through this application is secured.
Best option is screen sharing which helps to get remote anytime through one computer to another.

Negative: Customer support staff is not much better.
Limitation in file sharing like multiple shared.

Summary: Overall it is a decent product or a software.
It personally helps me to work on my meetings and whenever a problem occur I take my seniors help and get it fixed through this app.

Positive: This application is free to use in this software.
We can see our files on any other device by sharing its password and Id.
It helps us in any meetings , if we forget our device which had the information stored in it we can simply with help of this application get that file or information in another device.
Interface is very good and easy to use.
The transferring of data is very secure and personally I loved this application.

Negative: There are few things I didn't like in this application and I would like to share:
Customer support service is very bad.
They did not reply to the problems that I asked solution for.
It takes a lot of time to log into the account after getting Id and password.
And last but not the least it takes a lot of time to share files and documents to other device.

Summary: TeamViewer is a great software to remotely control and use someone's desktop online. I have been using it for a long time now and it really helps me to work on someone else computer. It's really easy to connect to another computer using a single ID.

Positive: Its make it very easy to control and use someone desktop without a connection issue.
The interface is very simple and easy to use it's ideal for remote and online customer support.

Negative: Has some security issue in recent time.
Overall works great.

Summary: My overall experience has been great with being able to connect to maximum platforms. The control ability and functionality is great. I highly recommend TeamViewer.

Positive: TeamViewer is the oldest and greatest remote device controller. It's easy to implement and onboard. On the positive side, it's reliable, easy to use, cost-effective, and has flexible pro plans. The streaming was seamless.

Negative: No, cons I'm also happy with its security wall.

Summary: Overall, TeamViewer is the best software available for remote screen control. It's a really easy and straightforward tool for remote support. Great tool, will highly recommend.

Positive: TeamViewer makes remote desktop control a breeze to control and manage. It was really very easy to implement and join the screen control session. The interface is streamlined and ideal for remote customer support.

Negative: Nothing so far had a great experience with this tool.

Summary: So far the best remote access tools. It has grown and added features demanded by users over the time and made it the BEST.

Positive: It has been here for a long time and has built its reputation.
Great video feed quality.
Secure authentication method.
Easy access to client device.
Cross platform support for all leading platforms.

Negative: Needs a stable connection to avoid lag/latency issues.

Summary: You cannot find any other much reliable and useful software than this one. With very minimalistic and easy user interface it's the best one out there.

Positive: I have been using this software since my childhood, and there can be no other better software for remote screen sharing than this. And with time to time updates it has also included many great and new features.

Negative: I don't think anyone can find any cons using this software.
