    Simple cost for many features

    Summary: I am able to remotely manage servers from my desk. This saves me time and I am sure that the connection is secure. For the price that we pay, I would expect fewer features than what we get. All around TeamViewer is a great product.

    Positive: I really like that I can have unattended access to all my servers. That way I can make updates to my desk in real-time. Login seems to be very secure and quick to connect.

    Negative: Support in persons sometimes can be had to get quickly, but TeamViewer's resource documents seems to answer most questions.

    Summary: We upgraded from a personal verison to a corporate version and it is really worth it.

    Previously staff had a spreadsheet with IDs, but now we can search the admin portal and connect within seconds (that is assuming the customer can't give us their ID).

    Having a customised host is the best thing to do. Whilst it can be a little tricky to setup, once done, not only does it look good with your branding
    but you can lock it down so only authorised people can connect. The other advantage is setting a corporate password means you don't need to ask the user and you can connect at any time.

    Setting up the host is worth the effort, but once done TeamViewer is awesome.

    Positive: Having an admin console.
    being able to create your own customised host.

    Integrate with Active Directory for SSO for administrators.

    Negative: Can be a bit fiddly to setup the host and ensuring the registry settings are correct for a seamless experience.

    Summary: I have been able to access colleagues' and clients' computers with ease and provide remote assistance to others efficiently when the need arises using this tool; the only thing I have needed to know is the device ID and password, which are in plain sight when the application is launched. As we have discovered more features, I have been able to get more out of this tool with my workgroup. It is worthwhile, has many tools, and connects to other computers for the purpose of remote support and collaboration quick and easy.

    Positive: It is the best tool I have used to provide remote support quickly and efficiently when the need arises, no matter where I am at the time. It works excellently from any device with internet access. Its ability to access computers, control them, use the console, transfer files, communicate in real-time through its messaging, etc., makes remote support simpler and more effective.

    Negative: Setting it up has not been an easy task, and it has taken us a while to find and understand various functions to execute them efficiently.
