    Summary: My clients have been satisfied with the ease that they have been able to manage within this platform to receive remote assistance. They have been able to specify what they wanted with augmented reality assistance, thus being able to have better feedback, thus being able to cover all the needs they require at that time. It has also facilitated communication since it has a voice chat included and in several cases where the client did not have a microphone it has been possible to communicate with the written chat.

    When conversing with a client and a document is being explained to him in order to make the purchase of a property, certain areas of a document are marked and thus better explain what is being explained to him, likewise I have been able to easily point out what is that you must sign when closing a real estate contract.

    I usually use this platform to be able to assist remotely with clients who are far away, saving me travel costs which I can pay for the subscription which is cheaper than a round trip plane ticket. This has allowed my company to have a better return on investment and I have also been able to successfully complete a large number of sales without having to move from my current location.

    Positive: + Remote assistance in augmented reality is on another level, it helped me to better understand what my clients needed by being able to mark in a virtual 3D space the things that they were telling me that they wanted to have in their property, it is not only limited to that, This function can make sense to any industry, such as automotive, electricians, interior designers and many more, which requires an interaction within the video of two or more people who need good feedback when wanting to point out or explain something that is not in its own real space.

    + It is portable, so it does not require that the people to whom remote assistance will be given have to have this software installed, it is enough to just have the executable and select just start to be able to start receiving remote assistance. The bad thing is that certain features cannot be used, so you have to think carefully whether you want to use certain features or not to see if it is feasible to install this software on your computer and have full control of all available features.

    + Remote assistance can be given on any operating system, any device and even on any browser. It was very useful for me to be able to access the clients at any time since sometimes I did not have TeamViewer installed and could run it in the web version. The mobile version was also practical since I was able to attend remotely without any problem, the bad thing is the interaction with the screen in relation to whether it is going to give assistance to a user with a PC, however, it is easy to get used to.

    + It is very easy to configure the security, to be able to choose the password that is generated randomly, how to change the ID, it is also possible to select the connection availability in case it is not required to receive connections, thus keeping the computer or smartphone safe from any intruder.

    Negative: - Both parties must have the updated version of TeamViewer to be able to connect without problems, this caused a lot of stress because usually some clients do not update this platform constantly since they use it very little. For me, as I always have access to TeamViewer, updates are recurring in order to enjoy stability and new features, however, it should not be mandatory that the person to whom remote assistance is given has to use the latest version when not need to use the new features.

    - The file transfer is interrupted if the internet connection drops and the session is disconnected, this is annoying because the file transfer is not resumed and it has happened to me that there was little to transfer something and when the connection drops you have to start over. So there should be sort of a more seamless and lossless file transfer like browsers do these days.

    - I would like that, even if the connection were to drop, the session would be maintained, because in most cases it is disconnected and unless the client has a fixed password, which never happens, you have to go back from scratch, having to communicate through another platform so that send me the password and come back with the connection. Sometimes when there are internet problems it reconnects, but in most cases you have to log in again with the client, making all the work more tedious.

    Summary: TeamViewer has been the best option for remote desktop solutions and long-distance meetings, it has been practical and useful for me to have it on any device since I am not always on the desktop computer but in the comfort of my iPad so I prefer the ease and comfort before using a closed software that focuses on a single market like other platforms I have already used. I have been safe in my conversations with others since this platform has an encryption that helps me not to have information leaks when I need absolute privacy. I have been able to help clients resolve doubts about real estate from all over the country. Very few queries have been made from other countries, however communication through TeamViewer has been very helpful. I have also been able to transfer files from my other machines without requiring external servers to store and retrieve my files, it is not a great solution, but if I want to access my files I do not depend on servers from other places but on my computer that is far from mi is turned on and previously configured with this software. As a business solution it is very good, but I recommend subscribing to this platform for large companies to obtain a good ROI and get the most out of all the functions offered by this platform.

    Positive: TeamViewer has unique features that have got me hooked on using and continuing to use this screen sharing and video conferencing software, it has been very helpful since I first tried it.

    º The first thing I want to highlight is the ability to use this software without having to perform a typical installation as is regularly done with any desktop software. This makes way for using basic features like remotely viewing another desktop, meetings, etc.

    º I like the availability for almost any device, even up to the Raspberry Pi so I won't miss out on functionality no matter what device I'm currently using to perform a task in TeamViewer.

    º Its interface is very up-to-date with a clean and fresh look, I don't get lost when I want to search for a function in this software since everything is organized so that it is easy to find it, currently its main functions are on the left hand side without visually hindering the user.

    º The augmented reality function is very useful because it helps people to understand more easily the other individual behind the screen when something is being indicated to them, it has helped me when a client is viewing a property that I am showing him and we use TeamViewer to take a closer look at the properties despite the distance and the client wants to specify something to me that he wants to see in more detail.

    º This software is not only about remote desktop sharing but also has meeting features like another video conferencing platform, it helps a lot since I do not require third parties to make video calls if I can do it from this platform with all the security and privacy. It can also be used as a classroom for school or university students.

    º In screen sharing mode I like the ability to adjust resolution, turn off visual effects, etc. By this I mean that I have the ability to adjust depending on the speed of the internet that I am using at that moment. This function helps me a lot since I can be available even if my network fails.

    º I can stay secure when I have the option to set a password for my meetings or set them to auto-generate from time to time. As well as I have the ability to put my ID in case of meetings, to maintain more security and privacy.

    Negative: º Check that between devices there is a great compatibility with the functions that you are going to use because if the viewer or the host has a very old version then there may be problems when you want to use TeamViewer in a stable way.

    º Despite the fact that this software has great security for users who connect with each other, it is not possible to have compatibility with proxy servers, a great disadvantage when managing business security at another level is required.

    º I have a problem with the quality of the sound, sometimes there comes a time when you cannot understand what the other participant is saying, regardless of the internet connection, I have had that failure.

    º When there are connection failures, instead of waiting for a reconnection, the communication is simply cut off, doing this so that it is required to reconnect manually, I would like it to be automatic or simply the communication is not cut off until a certain period in which the other participant do not reconnect again.

    º There is a delay difference when I use the remote desktop, it seems that the computer on the other side of the screen is slow, but it is the connection lag and I just have to continue without further ado.

    º Analyze the plans well before officially purchasing this product as a subscription, you may not have a good return with its use and only use the free features offered by TeamViewer if what you need are features available in the free version. This platform tends to be expensive compared to its plans, if it already offers a free version, it should be used and upgraded if required and allowed to afford it.

    º I would like more functions to be available without the need to install this program, in itself it has several functions without installation, but if you need remote access, for example, then you need to install this software on your desktop.

    Summary: I have had instances where our IT dept have used this for remote workers and I have needed another company to help with my personal computer using this. Absolutely a must have for any place that has remote workers.

    Summary: I am able to remotely manage servers from my desk. This saves me time and I am sure that the connection is secure. For the price that we pay, I would expect fewer features than what we get. All around TeamViewer is a great product.

    Positive: I really like that I can have unattended access to all my servers. That way I can make updates to my desk in real-time. Login seems to be very secure and quick to connect.
