Summary: TeamViewer is a useful and timely application that allows us to effectively communicate and manage work planning with our most distant collaborators with its group videoconferencing section and chat tools to send attachments with all the work planning. Although the application requires workers to be available only in front of their computers to use this tool.

Positive: TeamViewer has served as an effective communication tool in our organization. We have functionality with its remote communication system to make group videoconferences with our collaborators and transfer video, image and text attachments of importance for the realization of active projects within the organization.

Negative: As an unfavorable point we find a limitation in extension of devices, since TeamViewer only allows us to access its services through computers, for mobile devices does not have an installable application. Similarly we can not manage a control of active tasks performed in the company, it is limited to real-time communication and file transfer.

Summary: Within our organization TeamViewer can be achieved as a useful tool for sharing information between employees remotely, in addition to providing technical support to our most distant computers, although in certain aspects we can find complicated the limitations of scope presented by TeamViewer.

Positive: TeamViewer offers remote assistance options to the desktop devices integrated in our company that allow us to apply technical support. This application is an excellent choice if the company that uses it needs to perform any kind of information management attached as tasks or itineraries through private chats with our collaborators. Negative: The program at the same time does not have group chat room options as it is limited to private conversations that hinder the scope of the remote information we want to share. Similarly, it does not cover all devices as we cannot remotely access mobile devices.

Summary: Despite the little optimization that TeamViewer has in the file transfer system, its optimization in remote connections is quite good. One of the things I like the most about TeamViewer is that it offers me fairly simple connectivity, I don't have to use any kind of links and I have the ability to remotely connect with someone else just by using an ID and password, a fairly simple way to connect. In addition, I really like that TeamViewer offers me speed when connecting remotely from my mobile device, since I can control the entirety of a computer just by using my phone.

Negative: File transfer is one of the functionalities that is not very well optimized in TeamViewer, this functionality is quite slow, and causes files and documents to take a long time to be successfully transferred to their recipient. I wish I could enjoy a good file transfer that doesn't waste so much time during the transfer process. In addition, TeamViewer must also improve the chat system that appears on each remote connection, as currently that chat does not work in real time, and it takes a little time to process the sent messages.
