Negative: - There is no way to take a self-sourced survey in SurveyMonkey. On other platforms, surveys can be taken by modifying the source logo and removing information about the pollster, however, surveys taken on SurveyMonkey cannot be edited using your logo or pollster information. We can't remove the SurveyMonkey logo and add our own, nor can we modify the survey link and make a link of our own so that customers don't see the link with SurveyMonkey. They are small things that we would like to do, we want to do our own surveys, that do not have the SurveyMonkey logo.

- SurveyMonkey's free trial is a bit poor, it does not allow mandatory fields in the surveys which causes that in some cases, the clients do not complete the survey in its entirety and send it without completing the corresponding data. This free trial is very short and quite limited.
