    Summary: Overall, our team couldn't be more satisfied with our phone system! We all LOVE Talkroute! We had another phone system that was very challenging to use and navigate but Talkroute's system is so simple to setup and use on a daily basis.

    Positive: The pros are: outstanding customer service, super easy-to-use system, and nearly 100% uptime. Plus, they offer Zoom calls to help us whenever we need it!

    Negative: Minor bugs every few weeks but bugs that are quickly fixed by the team.

    Best Online Phone Software Out There!

    Summary: Overall, Talkroute is just amazing. Their customer service is extremely attentive and helpful throughout every stage of the process, the setup is easy, their features were exactly what we needed when we started AND as we expand, the design is simple and straightforward, and the integration as an app and a computer program are superb!
    10/10 I would recommend it to anyone looking for an online/mobile solution to a phone system!

    Positive: The customer support at Talkroute is unmatched. They were extremely helpful in the inquiry phase (I had a million questions) and were helpful in moving all 4 of our phone lines in addition to purchasing another 4 phone lines. The phone numbers are in our new area code and we were able to keep our old numbers, well as our Toll Free number.
    Even after we chose to go with Talkroute, they continued to be attentive whenever we had any questions.
    Also, we are a non-profit so they offered a discount (after verification) and let us know common features other non-profits use.

    Negative: I have nothing bad to say about Talkroute. They're a great company and great people!

    Good Product for Business Calls

    Summary: The service is reliable and I enjoy the features such as voicemail transcription and routing calls to staff who are working from home. The service gave me a cost-effective vanity number a d the selection system was easy to use.

    Positive: Talkroute is great for working remotely and allowing calls to be routed to different phones, such as to employees who are working from home. The service also has a convenient feature that accurately transcribes voicemail messages to my email inbox. The phone number selection system was easy to use.

    Negative: I chose this service specifically because it was the only provider that would allow my customers to send MMS photos by text message. Unfortunately, after purchasing the program and troubleshooting with tech support, it was discovered that only certain carriers are able to text 1-800 numbers.
