The third feature that I like about Slack is its excellent security service with an encryption key for all conversations and files that have been shared from each chat channel, Slack has an Enterprise service that protects the entire platform with an encryption key. , in order to prevent any unauthorized person from entering our communication system.

Negative: Slack seems to me to be an incredible platform, since with the help of this platform we have obtained the ability to create a better work environment where there is never a lack of general communication from employees and clients, however, there is a feature of Slack that has not given me a good functionality and has not had a good development since I use Slack, this feature is:

- The search system. Slack offers the search service because new channels are created day after day, new conversations are started and communication is more constant every day, which causes many messages to be saved in a history that Slack offers, however, this system search is not as efficient as it seems, on several occasions I have done word search to find some old conversations, and Slack only shows a part of the results of the searched word, it does not show all of the results, I think this platform it does not show all the results so as not to saturate its operation, however this has affected my experience as I have not been able to find the conversations I am looking for. I would like to be able to see all the results for the words I am searching for.
