Summary: It helps our team to feel connected even though most of us work remotely. I am thankful to be able to resolve work issues more easily due to the quick communication.

Positive: My colleagues and I use this app every day. It allows us to communicate freely and quickly about work.

Negative: The group messages have a limit of the amount of people, so you have to create a channel if it goes over the max.

Summary: Slack is a great tool for collaboration.

Positive: Easy to use, search feature is nice, app is very convenient. Ability to message individuals or specific groups. Integrates with other programs and bot capabilities help with important reminders.

Negative: I have no complaints, Slack works as it should and is a helpful tool.

Summary: If you can afford slack, it's an unbelievable software for teams to work together. If you cannot, the free model works very well, losing only history of text and files.

Positive: Slack is an easy way to bring teams from all over the globe together in real-time discussion to help solve problems on the go, fast and easy.

Negative: Incredibly expensive pricing models with no leeway for non-profits or volunteer teams. The free model works, but only so well.

Negative: - There is no feature to mention someone in the chat.

Summary: We work remotely and need a way to be able to reach out for assistance/feedback and get in touch with each other immediately. Slack makes this more than possible with an easy to use format!

Positive: This product makes it very easy to stay connected with my manager and team throughout the day while working remotely.

Negative: I haven't found any aspect of this product that I don't like.

Summary: Overall, I'd highly recommend Slack, especially to organizations that either a) do a lot of virtual/remote work or b) have very large teams.

Positive: Slack completely changed the way I interfaced with my colleagues across a large organization. It allowed for a more democratic flow of information and real time feedback.

Negative: The search feature could have, at times, been more intuitive.

Positive: - The best feature about Slack is that it is elastic and supports integration with many third-party software products for additional functionalities.

Negative: - There are occasional connection issues during audio/video calls.

Summary: Slack gives us an organized software to communicate and manage other integrated platforms. It is suitable for any kind of business ( IT, manufacturing and others). Slack also works pretty smoothly on smartphone platforms. Overall, Slack is best in all aspects.

Positive: It offers one loop to revolve and manage other platforms without switching one by one. I enjoyed its communication functions. The smartphone platform also robust. You can import many supported platforms in its channel, also the interface was amazing.

Negative: The cloud backup support is not reliable. Also, gives less customization.

Summary: Overall, Slack is primarily used for communication between large groups or organization, because of its rich functionalities it is very easy to communicate with colleagues remotely.

Positive: 1. It can be used for one on one communication.
2. Catching up, and communicating among large groups, is very easy with Slack.
3. It has a nice user-friendly UI.

Negative: 1. Sometimes the message notification have delays.

Summary: Slack is a good corporate messenger. There you can chat, create threads and groups and even call. Really helpful thing.
Slack has been a great platform for communication, interaction and development of all kinds of tasks online, with the COVID-19, Slack has been a very important software in our company.

One of the great features I would say has to be the amount of possible integrations it has. Slack has the largest collection of integrations I have seen in a software that offers a few option.

Positive: Slack is the appropriate software for small, medium, or large organization. This software is capable of adapting to any work area and allows all sectors to maintain wide communication that helps them have a better sharing of information and data of great importance.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. It is a one of the best communication tool in market.

Summary: Free, easy to use, code formatting, fun emoji... I usually don't give a software 5 starts, but Slack will be the ONE. There are too many great to have functions of this app. A must-to-have communication tool for all programmers / engineers / researchers / students.

Positive: I love the marking feature slack during video call. I can use the virtual "pen" to mark on my colleague's screen and she/he can see where I mark. That's the most valuable function I love about this app. And code formatting and highlighting features are amazing!

Negative: I've used it for 2 years, not even one word on complaints. It's a perfect app for a programmer.

Positive: It’s an amazing software to maintain contact and different discussions at work, particularly with so much happening remote these days. Helps me keep in touch with my team and communicate with other individuals and teams across the organization.

Negative: Sometimes people can reply in a thread and out of a thread, so that can get confusing, but it’s more user error than a problem with the software.

Summary: Overall the Slack app and desktop version both work great and fast. Hardly experience any type of lag or delay when sending messages and the layout is easy to use and very well organized. Would recommend to any company to use.

Positive: Runs smooth and lets you organize your group chats by category which makes is so much easier to find the information you need when you need it. I love how easy it is to use and it's a great way to keep communication running smoothly between coworkers and managers in remote job settings. Would recommend to any remote company looking for an easy way to communicate with their employees.

Negative: Hardly have any cons that I can think of, occasionally I have experienced a slight delay or freeze in the app but that has only happened once over the last 9 months so overall there are no cons I can say about this app.

Summary: We frequently use this software to feed our information repetitively and to be aware of what we have accomplished as a whole, thus giving the company a specific balance sheet of the daily activities being performed. Projects are managed straightforwardly, and we can have maturity in an administration that is reflected over time. It can be synchronized and configured quickly; it can be integrated with multiple platforms; I like it very much. I consider it a fundamental tool that many organizations should have in their work plan.

Positive: Talking about Slack is talking about constant improvement and performance; I can control the activities through interaction with other team members. I use it to know what my coworkers are doing on specific projects. The interface is lovely, has excellent themes, and you have a very dynamic effect that helps to appreciate a successful work.

Negative: Slack should be a little more specific when evaluating my support requests. They answer quickly but are repetitive when adding an accurate answer.

Summary: Slack is what we needed for workgroups to stay segmented and provide their views and opinions in the right work channels. It's extremely easy to use, saving users time while keeping them sharing information and moving projects forward. It has been of great benefit in keeping our productivity at its peak. The customer service is very good, and it works great. You will enjoy it as much as we do.

Positive: I love how intuitive Slack is and how easy it is to create channels to discuss, debate, and provide views of ongoing work and projects; it makes communication and collaboration more fun and effective; since using it, I have had no problem staying connected with my colleagues and moving our projects forward to meet goals. Slack also has excellent customer service.

Negative: An integrated video conferencing feature would be a plus, and in my opinion, the only thing this tool lacks to be the most complete of its kind. It is excellent, and everything within Slack works efficiently.
