Summary: This platform has improved in all the communication that we have had in the company, we always had problems with the projects because the thread of the conversation was always lost since we did not keep everything organized, but rather everything went on the fly as we had a conversation after another without thinking about all the problems we were going to have by not having a platform like this one that would order all the conversations for us. We have solved the problem because previously we used the means of communication that was Whatsapp and it was not very efficient, so we had to change the methodology with a more organized chat so that we can find everything without any problem. To discuss things quickly, it is not necessary to create a link or meeting room. You can instantly join any meeting most of the time all required features are supported and user status is reflected, this saves time and is quite informative. Communication with clients has improved by being able to include them in the projects, since they feel part of the entire process and are not left as third parties by randomly informing them how the project tasks are progressing.

Positive: º I can use Slack to chat with my team privately and I can also create channels or join one to start conversations about a project so it facilitates company communication without losing the sense of communication.

º It has a good search engine in which it is easier to search the threads of the conversations when there are many conversations ahead. It is a good function because when there are many issues ahead of a project, sometimes the conversations get diverted and you have to go back to what was previously discussed.

º I love how friendly and intuitive the user interface is. The channels make it easy for me to centralize conversations, take notes and it is easy to set up video call meetings

º The chat has all the features of chat clients, but with certain additional settings that allow easy and useful communication.

º Communication with clients has improved since it allows us to keep them up to date with the projects, thus allowing us to have more transparency when showing the status of the projects in question.

º They allow conversations to be marked by hashtag depending on the topic being discussed, so it can be easier to search without problems when you want to resume an old conversation without losing the thread of the current conversation.

Negative: º There are errors or connection losses with the calls made within this platform. This makes me resort to external programs for video calls or calls that have fewer losses to have clearer and more efficient communication.

º I should create a function that facilitates the way in which private messages of threads are shared because currently this can only be done manually, I mean by this that you have to be copying and pasting all the message that I want to share with other teams of worked.

º Doesn't fully integrate with emails with other platforms, sometimes won't sync or just shows a loading error. This also happens with other storage platforms, there are platforms that do not show the files that I have uploaded and this is necessary if I want to keep everything connected within my company.

º It has problems with alerts, they should improve that aspect because you always have to be testing before starting everything because if we don't realize when we have message alerts with others or the channels in which I am united

º Sometimes the loading times are too slow, you have to wait for it to load all the chats such as private conversations, as well as the channels and this takes time and sometimes it is preferable to leave the desktop computers on to be able to enter the platform faster Slack by desktop.

Summary: I really love Slack it keeps our team in contact throughout the work day in an easy-to-use space. Slack keeps us organized and able to collaborate more seamlessly.

Positive: - Keeps my email inbox clear

- Is awesome for consulting as you can be a member of lots of slack accounts easily.

Negative: - Doesn't allow you to change your settings for ALL of the accounts you are a member of, instead, you have to change them one by one.

Summary: Overall we've found Slack to be hugely beneficial. We use a number of public and private channels and regular make use of the direct message features. We also use it to communicate with folks outside of the company who are hired as contractors. Having the option to connect with other Slack groups or allow single-channel members has been very useful. I've experimented with other platforms, such as Discourse, but we still find Slack to be the most useful.

Positive: Slack is simple to set up and manage, and its free plan is robust enough to work for a small team. It provides a solution for folks who don't work in the same place to be able to converse either async or synchronously in a way that's faster than email and can be more efficient than a call. The app works well and its simple to manage notifications so you know if someone has specifically asked you a question.

Negative: I see two main "cons" for Slack: (1) If you don't have a policy that helps people understand how to use Slack it can feel overwhelming. It can be helpful to have a policy that allows users to turn off notifications while they are focusing or not at work, otherwise it can feel like they are constantly being interrupted with conversations that may or may not pertain to them. (2) If not monitored the number of channels created can become cumbersome rather than helpful. It's good to keep an eye on where people are sharing information and limit the number of new channels that exist to keep conversations in one place.

Summary: Overall, I have loved using Slack. My team and I haven't had problems with the program, there is a reason we keep using it and have no desire to switch over to something different at this time.

Positive: Clean, easy to use, and personable. I really like how I can create my Slack to be the best fit for what I need. I also really like how you can have individual messages between coworkers, but then easy group messages as well. But, messages throughout the work day can become distracting, so I am glad Slack gives you the option to mute your channel if you are needing to focus on a project or in a meeting.

Negative: I have been using this platform for the last two years and haven't found any problems yet. But, this could also be because I haven't used many other messaging platforms quite yet to compare Slack to.

Summary: Slack is the best instant messaging application for the professional usage and communication. Channels keeps different conversations separate that is the best feature of Slack.

Negative: The user interface needs to be simplified otherwise an amazing application for the professional instant messaging.

Summary: Slack has been one of the most valuable parts of my business in terms of receiving support from my mastermind groups and also supporting my clients (way better than multiple tangled threads of email).

Positive: It's so much better for group communications and building community than say a FB group... you can organize and track conversations much easier with multiple channels.

Negative: It would be cool if you could do more "Blog-like" formatting in Slack, but it's awesome nonetheless. It does offer some rich text formatting and the ability to upload images and display links as least.

Summary: I don't have anything that I would improve or change about this software. It works great. I definitely appreciate that I can mute different channels.

Positive: Slack is easy to set up, easy to use, and gets the job done. It's great for in-office or in-building communication, without all the nonsense of like Discord.

Summary: Generally speaking, Slack has delivered significant positive results for our entire company. It is being used by all sectors of our company as the main mechanism for open communication, all our employees have been satisfied with the use of Slack in the work areas. It is important to highlight that general communication has benefited greatly, our employees can now have a better planning of all their work, they can share ideas without having to leave their office, they can also interact with colleagues from another area, with just send a direct message from Slack. It is a very complete software that has helped us a lot to communicate via a network, a couple of things still need to be fixed to achieve greater benefits.

Positive: Any company today would like to have a system where everyone can be connected, where all employees can interact online and can share ideas and solutions without having to leave their work area. Slack offers all of those communication features and much more. The things that I like the most about Slack is that it is a very free system where you can create private and public channels, this makes communication between work teams much more direct. For example, if a person is not added to a specific channel, they will not be able to access that channel, this has allowed all work groups to communicate with colleagues belonging to the same area, it should be noted that Slack also allows you to create a channel so that the entire company can communicate. Another thing that I love is that with Slack I can send files, send documents or images and mention someone, this allows me to share digital material through this medium, without the need to use third-party software to share a file with my colleagues. Finally, I love the search system that Slack has, I can find old words from any message, this search system works with keywords, and finding an old message in the Slack database is easy using this very functional tool.

Negative: The main things I don't like about Slack is that there is no anti-spam system and there is also no setting available to prevent sending messages from time to time. It would be great to be able to configure a chat room so that people can only send a message every 5 seconds, this would help the chat not get out of control and there can be good readability of all messages sent. Another thing I don't like is that despite having a private and public channel creation system, after you've already created a private channel, you can't switch it to become a public channel, this makes it a bit difficult our work since sometimes in our private chat channel, we want a specific employee to enter, and they cannot since the channel is private. To solve this problem, we have to add the person manually to the channel, they cannot enter autonomously. These are small negative characteristics that can be easily solved, having these negative characteristics present does not mean that the system does not have good functionality and that it does not generate benefits, on the contrary, it is a software that is very worthwhile.

Summary: After the first week of using Slack, substantial changes began to be noticed, all our employees have improved communication in a general way, they have been able to hold discussions through this chat system, they can hold meetings in a private chat channel, In addition, they can communicate with other employees of the company located in another labor sector. Slack is currently one of the most complete software that we have used, I have loved the work expectation that I have had during all this time and I have loved the favorable communication that my employees have had. I fight every day for my employees to stay connected at all times, and Slack has been present during this challenge, I am completely satisfied.

Positive: Having a communication of all the teams and being able to interact in a consistent way is what Slack provides us. My opinion regarding this software is quite positive since it has provided innovative results in the construction of a constant communication system, where all employees can exchange ideas without any limitations. The things that I liked the most during my experience with Slack are the following:

1. Slack provided a very stable chat system, all the conversations I had with the different work teams were totally stable and I could switch the device I was using to continue the conversation from my phone, it was a pretty good process. The conversations are shown in real time, I can talk from my cell phone or from my computer with the same fluidity, in addition, I can participate in the various chat channels belonging to my company without any restrictions, it is incredible.

2. I love the way Slack notifies me when I've been mentioned in a specific chat channel, plus when a discussion has taken place in a chat channel, the App also notifies me. The notification system works wonderfully, I get notifications for all the changes that are made in a chat channel that I belong to and many notifications for more reasons.

3. The word search system works great, I can look up specific words to find a particular message, this system is great as I can find really old messages without searching manually.

4. Slack also allows me to send private messages to a specific person. Not only is it based on group communication, but it also allows me to send a message to a particular person so I can have a more direct conversation.

Negative: One of the main things that needs to be improved in the Slack system is that the sending of various files and documents should be optimized. Slack is a fairly complete software that helps communication to be stable in various parts of the company, however, when trying to send several files simultaneously, the sending takes too long, which causes delays in the sharing of information. We use another third-party app to transfer files while chatting on Slack, but we'd really like the opportunity to share files, images, or documents from Slack without any delays in the process. Optimizing this file transfer system would undoubtedly make the user experience much more complete for everyone.

Summary: Slack is a great option for anyone who is looking for an easy way of communicating with your team. It's a great option for anyone with multiple departments or moving parts within your business. If you need a way to talk to your team, Slack is the way to go!

Positive: Slack makes it easy to manage projects and communicate with each facet of your team. The ability to create separate channels and sub-categories within these are very user friendly and add an extra layer of delegation.

Negative: The interface can be a bit jumbled at times. The side bar creates excellent capacity to get more and more specific with teams and responsibilities; however, having all the channels on top of each other can be confusing at times.

Summary: I have no bad words to say about slack. It's is quick, convenient and connected in every way for an effective worker.

Positive: Teams can have chats, multiple people not on teams can chat. You can lock chats so that only people in the chat can see it. Integrates with zoom really easily and flawlessly. You can call from it, it goes on your phone. Keeps you fully connected when you need to be. Has multiple integrations with other software.

Negative: You can't set up a Slackbot outside of channels. I wish that Slackbot was useful in 121 chats.

Summary: Slack is overall one of the best communication tool for professional communications and chatting, the feather on the cap is the availability and abundance of features in the application.

Positive: The best advantage of using Slack as a communication tool is its availability, it is available on mobile, web and PC. The sign-up process is seamless and quick. It offers way more features than a generic communication tool, like creating and joining multiple workspaces at the same times. Sharing resources among colleagues is fast and any type of media including links can be shared in the chat.
The sidebar features all the main navigation options, which makes the navigation from one workspace to another quick.

Negative: All in all it is a great application, but if I have to nitpick I would say that the user interface can be improved in terms of simplicity.

Summary: Overall, Slack is a great tool to communicate between groups and people within the organization. It is feature rich, and with third-party integrations the functionalities can be increased even more.

Positive: - It is available on both desktop and mobile, and both the versions are equally easy to use.
- The UI appearance can be changed and customized according to the user.
- Instant messaging to a group or a single individual.
- It supports integration with many third-party applications.
- Quick and responsive customer service.

Negative: - It slows down with the increasing numbers of groups and messages.
- There isn't any way to easily share large files.

Summary: The use of Slack in our organization has been very helpful when it comes to delegation of tasks, brainstorming and even sending drafts of our projects and imparting concepts that would be helpful for every project we make. The chatrooms help us separate different projects and what agendas that are to be talked about in each channel. It is a pleasing and seamless experience working with Slack!
