I really loved the experience obtained so far, I consider that we have paid a fairly acceptable rate to use each of the premium services of this platform, approximately more than 400 employees within the company are using this platform, it is the main mechanism for we can all communicate and maintain an instant messaging system in a feasible way. I consider that this platform will continue to be used within the company for the next five years, since the usefulness it has represented and the communication it has provided me has left me shocked.

Positive: Slack is a platform that caught my attention to develop a much more pleasant communication with your work team, this platform has highly refined tools to develop stable communication, you can create various communication channels and thus be able to divide several groups of work. The main objective I had with this platform when it was implemented within my company was to help me communicate with the various work groups of my company, since I work in the corporate sector and for me it is very important to keep communicated with my employees and work colleagues, that this platform quickly provided advanced tools to achieve this goal. The positive features that you didn't like about this platform were:

1- Slack does not have any type of limit when it comes to creating various communication channels within the platform, you can create Chat channels for the area of ​​projects, marketing, sales, finances and many other areas that your company has. Within this platform you will not have any type of problem with the creation of several channels simultaneously, there is no type of limit regarding the number of channels that you can be using within the platform.

2- I loved the application for mobile devices. I currently have a device with an iOS operating system, where I have this application installed, the Slack application allows me to have communication from anywhere I am, I can continue receiving all kinds of messages from my co-workers within the previously created Chat channels, in addition, the notification system within this application works wonderfully, it notifies me when I have been mentioned within a Chat channel, as well as notifies me when I have received a direct message.

3- Another of the positive things that this platform has is that it has a system that works in real time, in this way each of the messages that are sent within a Chat channel can be viewed by all the participants in real time , you don't have to wait the additional time for these messages to be processed, all sent messages can be replied to by a colleague within seconds.

4- Within the version for computers and the version for mobile devices you can make any type of group video call within a Chat channel, this function is really important, since you can meet with your work team that is included within of the Chat channel, you can start a video conference or video call in a matter of seconds and with the press of a simple vote. I really love this feature, I can meet with my team without using another third party platform.

5- The last thing that I loved within this platform is that all kinds of documents can be shared within it, you can send or receive a PDF file within the Chat channel in which you are speaking, these documents can be opened from the same platform, in addition, can also be edited within the platform, it has a quite agile editor and document viewer and advanced tools, which helps you to be able to view any type of document and need to download it to your computer.

Negative: Slack is a reliable platform when it comes to providing stable communication for both you and your entire company, the vast majority of features within this platform are positive, and help you improve communication within your company. Below I will mention several of the negative features that this platform has and that have somehow invited some of the extensive functionality or benefit that it may have within it. The negative things were:

1- The main negative thing about this platform is that it does not have any type of news section or publications, so if you want to share information with your work team or with your entire company you will have to do it manually, writing the news within the corresponding Charles channel and send it progressively to the other chat channels of the other work areas. I would love for this platform to have a news or business information section, in this way I could share company information with each of our employees and everyone can see it simultaneously, it would save me a lot of time and I would not have to be sending the information individually within each of the Chat channels.

2- Another of the negative things that the platform has is an irregularity and latitude when it comes to processing the upload of new files to be shared with your work team. I have noticed that when uploading a new file or several files at the same time within a casting channel, this process can take up to five minutes, despite having a fairly good Internet connection, which has forced me to that sometimes I need to transfer the files using a cloud storage service or a removable drive. I really hope that the transfer and upload of files within the platform will be optimized as soon as possible, so that I can share files with the entirety of my company much faster.

3- Another of the negative things that this platform has is the screen sharing of your mobile device. This function is available for mobile devices, and you can share the screen of your device with the other members of a Chat channel, however this function does not really fulfill its objective, causing the screen sharing of your mobile device to be quite slow in comparison to other services or software responsible for sharing the screen of your device. I have noticed that screen sharing is quite slow, it has quite poor quality and it doesn't have any kind of annotation system that can make it much more interactive than screen sharing system. I really don't recommend using this feature on mobile.

Summary: I would recommend this software to any organization. It looks great, easy to learn and has a plethora of strong features that put it ahead of other competitors.

Positive: It's a great software for communication as a company. We use it for all sorts of announcements, collaborations, and huddles. I love the layout of it as well.

Negative: I wish that there was more customizability when it comes to controlling the notifications for channels and chats.

Summary: It's been a really good experience overall. I'd recommend it to any business or organisation that is looking for a communication solution.

Positive: I like how easy it is to use. There are so many great features. The more you use it, the more you learn what you can do with it and the more ways you can utilize it.

Negative: It can be a bit glitchy from time to time. It also does not make gifs very easily, which is kinda a shame.

Summary: Overall i would use slack for my daily conversations with my team. However, the call feature is a bit laggy and sometimes we switch to alternatives like MS Teams or Zoom.

Positive: Slack is a great and very easy to use messaging platform. I really love integrated apps feature through which we can save tons of time. E.g. i can create zoom meetings with just a few keys. Moreover, i love the screen drawing feature where i can draw items on my peers screens to save them time finding items on their screens. I really love the huddle feature.

Negative: Sometimes, slack takes a bit of a time to load. Calls are a bit choppy and jittery. Call takes a bit of a time to connect.

Summary: It is currently one of the best platforms to have a much more open communication with your work team, around 800 employees within our company are using this service to communicate with each other and share ideas. I am grateful for the general functioning and the experience that this platform has given me, since I started using it I noticed how communication between colleagues was improving, as well as how we are much more united, we could contact other employees from another sector of our company, share ideas and solutions to complete activities much more easily. * Slack does not have any type of system integrated to prevent spam within the chat channels, spam and the number of messages that are sent every day and at every moment is something that we cannot control within this platform, we have noticed that in sometimes the conversations within each work team of our company get out of control, and there is no way to recover them, there is no type of system that detects this disaster activity within each chat channel so that it can limit the amount of Sent messages. I would love for that platform to implement a system to control this, and prevent conversations from getting out of control.

* Word search is not as effective as it promises, when we started using this platform we were promised a rather poor search system, however it has cost us a lot to find a specific message within the extensive conversations of the chat channels , as I mentioned previously, the number of messages sent has to be regulated, to avoid disaster, I would love for the search system to work correctly, currently it only offers me a part of the results for each word I search for, thus omitting the oldest results.

* This platform does not send me any type of alerts when I receive a direct message within the platform, I do receive notifications for when you mention me within a message and for when I have pending files to read, however it does not send me notifications when I receive direct messages , this has caused the person who is contacting me directly to take much longer to receive a response from me.

Summary: Slack is a fairly robust and multifunctional tool that has allowed my organization to have a more organized internal conversation without losing the rhythm of the conversation. When I talk about multifunctional I mean that it can be used both for conversations in an organization and in a community, thus focusing on a wide variety of users. It solves the communication needs between the employees of the organization where I work since it is fast and intuitive. The collaboration environment that is generated within Slack is so instantaneous and natural that this platform is chosen as the main collaborative chat tool for any use within the company, whether it is for a project, concern, idea, reports, etc. It generates a remote experience, it is practical if you need a group of people from different places to be connected sharing their ideas without the conversation failing. I have seen company performance with Slack since its implementation as employees have been more organized when developing an important idea increasing productivity and collaboration.

Positive: * It has a facility for group communication or between two individuals without any problem, keeping the thread of the topic being discussed within the chat.
* It has a wide range of integration with bots, this helps a lot with monitoring a chat in case things get a little out of hand or just using it as a help within a channel. It also has extensive support for useful apps for channels.
* Replaces communication by email, formality is a requirement to maintain clear communication but the speed with which feedback on an issue is made within an organization is also important. That is why Slack keeps all of this in use, only being able to clarify doubts or share ideas, such as the discussion of a topic that is happening within a project.
* The workflow for automation is incredible, if someone has a question, suggestion or simply wants to report the status of something within the organization, this platform is the ideal one to report on it.
* You can create specialized channels for each different topic with the same work team, it greatly facilitates clear communication without confusing chats or conversation topics.
* It has a function to search for a conversation according to the inserted keywords, you can also tag conversations so you can search for the topics spoken more easily.
* Keeps the chat history from a long period back, making it easier for new users to stay informed of topics already discussed and in case of recurring users to be able to search for something that had been discussed in case they require specific information from that chat .
* You can create temporary channels, it helps a lot when you want to create conversations without the need to save a record or simply without a specific topic.

Negative: * It is difficult to configure, the implementation of Slack should be easier but there are forms to fill out and options to select before you can use the platform and start a conversation.
* They should improve the interface for a less advanced user, I know that over time Slack has improved that but still there are things that confuse a user not adapted to instant messages.
* The sidebar can be difficult to find channels or chat from specific people when you have a lot of conversations, it should have a more visually presentable shape to be able to access the chats more easily.
* Fake notifications or repetitive notifications, it is confusing when I see that I have a notification and when I open it there is nothing or it just shows me what I have already seen, I hope they improve that synchronization problem.
* I would like there to be a type of private server for companies since when there is a drop in connectivity it is a problem because communication stops entirely, thus having to opt for other measures that help maintain communication locally.
* For video calls or even voice calls, a good bandwidth is required, otherwise it is a total disaster to be able to understand what is being talked about.
