Summary: Handling HR needs is never an easy affair, but thanks to Sage HR, it is not easy to maximize workforce and resource to enhance productivity.

Positive: I love everything about this HR solution. From deploying, customization, using and management, everything is seamless.
I like that the tool is not short of features and there is a lot you can achieve with this tool.

Negative: No regrets using Sage HR. It has been an amazing solution with zero problems. However, the cost is not the best in the market.

Summary: Overall good product so far except for billable time. Payroll function easy to use. I do recommend this product.

Positive: Sage HR does the job well. Great technical support and lots of training videos. The process of sending the journals into your accounting system is easy and seamless.

Negative: Can’t figure out how to use timesheets yet. I need to bill clients but difficult to set up or can we???? I shall research.

Summary: This is my first time using a payroll software and I'm impressed with all the information and reports available. It makes my life so much easier in that I don't have to hunt down deductions on the CRA and Rev Qc websites.

Positive: Major plus: includes Quebec Payroll, which was surprisingly difficult to find. I like that you can go back and correct a payroll run.

Negative: There is a learning curve, even with all the help files, especially since I have never used a payroll software before. For now, I put Ease as just ok because I am not yet comfortable with all the functions.

I have to get over the fear of losing all my information since all of this is on the cloud.

Summary: Everyone I have worked with at Sage HR has been very nice and helpful.

Positive: Sage HR has been a great benefit for our organization. It is extremely user-friendly and easy to learn.

Negative: There are only 3 trainings from sage HR. I feel like it doesn't even touch on all it can do and rely a lot on yourself for learning the system. There are not a whole lot of resources for training on the web either. I think additional training/videos going in more detail would be helpful.

Summary: Overall this product is does everything I need it to do. The set up is simple to use and is easy to integrate with the old.

Positive: I really like this product. It does everything I need it to do. I like the setup and the easy access to use it.

Negative: Wish I could delete unnecessary accounts with ease.

Summary: Overall I think I will be happy with the program once little details are figures out. I think the payroll is the biggest issue so far as it is very limited to edit pay group, email addressed etc. For each employee. Hoping this will be improved. Very glad Sage is offering a cloud based option now though!

Positive: I like that the HR, payroll and accounting are individually accessible so I can grant access to managers without giving too much detail. Very good customer support so far. My overview via my satisfaction appointment was excellent and respectful of time. Very impressed with how quickly my migration from Sage50+ was completed, and the detailed report from it was great.

Negative: There isn't direct deposit yet but I am told they are getting this up soon. Also, I find the payroll module lagging at times. When I go into each individual employee to edit pay details, it takes a long time to load each one. Not a huge issue now with only 6 but when I add our other 70+ managers this will be a big time consumer. Also, wish I could delete employees entirely in payroll as I had to make duplicates in order to change email addresses once they were set up. This is annoying as you have to run a payroll for $0 with the wrong email address account in order to inactivate them. Also, reports for payroll remittance aren't as clear as Sage 50+ was. Having trouble sending some of the payroll runs to the accounting platform

Summary: It is a learning curve and I’m sure I will learn it the more I use it. The looks are attractive and I enjoy the colour palette.

Positive: I really enjoy the app on my phone and the updates that get sent to me. I like the break down of my paycheque so I know where my money is going.

Negative: That I wasn’t able to assess all the information as it said I had access but the setting were hard to follow.

Summary: In general, I have very positive feelings for the program. As soon as Sage Cloud Accounting was introduced, I believe I may have been one of a few users who asked if payroll will be included at some point.

Positive: It is moderately easy to use.

Negative: When employee data is imported from Sage 50 CA desktop, the pay information such as salaries for the employees is not picked up. Then I have to manually enter.

But sometimes when information is manually entered, on the first try is will not save and have to re-enter.

Summary: Very good experience so far, easy to use and all calculations seems correct. I would recommend Sage to other people.

Positive: Easy to understand and set up. Posting to Sage Accountancy seems to be without any issue as well. I like the HR module - to be able to upload documents and notes for employees and the fact that Payroll can post directly into Sage Accountancy.

Negative: Some delay in getting answers about certain issues i.e. not able to see pdf reports on Safari and having to use Chrome. Also I uploaded historical payroll data and it seems the only way to correct an error in previous months is to reverse and redo again.

Summary: Overall, SageHR is a fine tool for basic HR needs. I think the app needs to be fleshed out a bit more, and I would want to see some better admin features.

Positive: Easy to manage teammates, can quickly see how much PTO and other holiday time is left, I like the ability to upload receipts for expense requests.

Negative: App is a bit glitchy, the date feature when uploading receipts is a little off. You can't customize flex time and we have to rely on another tool to track that.

Summary: Although I have requested access to Sage Pay for payroll and have never received any follow-up, I find the software easy to use and easy to communicate information.

Positive: The ease of producing payroll and transmitting it into Sage Accounting is really appreciated and the ability to communicate information with the government quickly.

Negative: I have been requesting access to direct payroll with Sage Pay for over 1 month and have never received a follow-up.

Summary: Sage is definitely a great tool. It's very intuitive, and easy to use. We encounter a few bugs in the road, but there's a very good conversation with the team. You can have a conversation with someone from Sage in no time, and they are always happy to help and receive feedback.

Positive: Easy to use, intuitive, good support, it has a LOT of options, recipes for automated tasks. You feel like they thought about everything.

Negative: You encounter bugs once in a while. HR tool is not that great. Not bad, but not enough.
