Summary: I love Sage HR. It simplifies payroll and employee information; making everything for me organized and easy to track.

Positive: I love that the payroll figures all taxes for you. I also love that the payroll tells you how much your employee truly costs you to employ them. I love that I can pull up a report and it tells me exactly how much I owe the government.

Negative: In the payroll, I don’t like how I need to go to different areas to posted my payroll. I have to input I paid my employee in one tab, then go to another tab and input I paid the taxes and vacation pay.

Summary: I am beginner as Sage HR and accounting and I like it. You can connect both and the info transmission between the 2 is very fast and easy. I love that you can make taxes declaration instantly with the accounting book. It connects to so many country with rules and laws applicable.

Positive: French use which I prefer. Easy to understand for beginner and very small business, Price are good for the use I made it. We are only 2 employees and it's great for us.

Negative: The only con is that I booked a 30 minutes demo with Sage representative and it never happened so I taught myself to use the software.

Summary: Updating information in a central location that implements changes across whole system.

Summary: Will recommend this product to other employers. Very simple to use and customer support is available for help when needed.

Positive: Onboarding workflows make it easy to bring on new employees. Sharing of private documents with employees is seamless and time saving. Customer service reps are always available to help.

Negative: There are no cons. I am content with using this product.

Summary: Good customer service over chat. Easy to set up our complicated policies and have the software manage accordingly.

Positive: Very easy to use and intuitive, simple yet robust. Easy to customize - powerful enough to manage our policy.

Negative: The only thing I don’t love is the calendar view - it’s not that helpful.

Summary: This platform will help our company greatly. Processes associated with time-off, company policy, document transfer and handling, and team evaluations have been made much easier to do. The Sage HR staff have been very helpful and have guided us through the onboarding process. Now we are buoyed and excited to get things rolling.

Positive: The user interface is very intuitive.
It allows us to automate and simplify processes that would usually take more effort.
It helps to keep the company more organized and standardized.

Negative: Limited dashboard customization.
Limited customization for company mapping.

Summary: We have been using Sage HR since before the pandemic began and we're satisfied with its HR administration functions. Before purchasing, we compared it with other options and we found this to be the most intuitive to use.

Positive: Sage HR has a clean interface which is not overwhelming for users of any skill level. It was very easy to configure with our time off policies and it integrates well with Outlook.

Negative: I'm still waiting for an offsetting of hours feature to be introduced e.g. an employee can file extra hours or overtime rendered in the Sage HR application and these can be stored in a consumable time-off policy.

Summary: Sage HR is very user friendly. I thought the program would be more customizable than it is, but we have still found ways to work around what is needed for our business. The implementation team has been amazing, but I wish I had access to them during my working hours. This was one of the cons when we selected Sage HR, but knowing that a US office was going to be available in the near future. We have not had a chance to utilize all the features Sage HR has to offer, so we are very eager to being using the performance portion of the program.

Positive: *Ease of time sheets; clocking in and out.
*Time Off features and time of history tracking.
*Friendliness and helpfulness of our implementation specialists.
*Calendar views by team or by company.
*Employees find it user friendly.

Negative: *Inability to change or add a break when it is not entered initially.
*No tracking for mobile clocking application (was told during sales portion that this was in place).
*Time zone difference in reaching Sage HR. Hope the U.S. help desk is up and running VERY soon.
*Inability to maneuver the org chart.
*Managers are unable to assign tasks to any employee.

Summary: The Sage HR online portal has an easy to use interface and provides the professional tools needed to keep up with any size staff. We employ a small number of people but this application allows us to provide the same services that a large company would offer.

Positive: Great tools and well thought out interface. I like the ease of use and natural flow of the application.

Negative: I don't have any user issues with the online application. I have nothing more to add. Strongly suggest trial run to any size company.

Summary: Learning new programs can be tough and frustrating but they have helped us along the way. Still learning but really like the ease of keeping track of what is going on with all the employees at a glance. The reminders are good to make sure things get done.

Positive: I like that all the information is at your finger tips. The staff has been very helpful in getting us set up and running. If we have issues they jump in.

Negative: The time difference. The accent of the tech support is sometimes a bit of a challenge. But for the most part its ok.

Summary: Sage has been supporting us in all aspects related to HR! As a small company, we do not have a dedicated HR team, so we rely on Sage's platform to support our employees and make sure they are motivated to achieve their best performance.

Positive: Great user interface, features and customer support. They offer all our company needs in terms of HR.

Negative: We don't have any negative feedback to share about Sage.

Summary: Great. It's super easy to use so even the technologically challenged older generation has no issues logging in and checking their remaining PTO, taking PTO, etc.

Positive: We have a 17 member team and its easy to add/remove staff, log in quickly and add a PTO day, change yearly allowances, etc. I find it really simple to use it exclusively for PTO off and scheduling but I know it has many other features that a larger company would benefit from. The price point for us is well worth the money!

Negative: When we changed business names we couldn't change our URL so I hate that it's not our new business name and still our old. It doesn't disturb anything but it is annoying.

Summary: Good product, easily adapts to our small company and the changes we have had in employees and procedures.

Positive: Sage HR works well for our small company. We have 3+ tiers of PTO plans and it easily adapts to our needs. Customer support has been very helpful and quick to answer any questions.

Negative: It took me a little time to figure out the settings to show hours instead of days and start the calendar on Sunday instead of Monday, like employees were used to seeing.

Summary: Tremendous improvement with payroll processing and payment of employees on time.

Positive: Great with filling tax returns.

Negative: Reliable with reporting and payroll processing and ease of use.
