Summary: Love how easy it is to use. Love that they added the Canva feature. Love the dynamic preset presentations...makes the board fresh each day.

Positive: Great templates. Many which are dynamic and I don't have to update myself. Easy to use . Love that they added the Canva feature.

Negative: Would like to be able to edit or move the features of some templates. Must recreate. Would also like the Canva feature to save to my Canva. Have to recreate if you want to edit.

Summary: We are happy to have found something reasonably priced and user friendly. We needed something for 3 TVs to get information out to our students. Rise Vision had several packages we could choose from to be able to purchase with our budget.

Positive: Any updates we need to do in our announcements are instant. If information changes, we do not have to leave our media center to correct the issue, Just sign on to the site and it is changed in minutes.

Negative: I have not found one yet. Others may have but it is a tool that answered our needs at our middle school.

Summary: Rise Vision is a versatile and relatively user-friendly platform that makes it easy to create sharp, engaging digital displays. With its wide variety of templates and customization options, it’s an excellent tool for keeping school communications clear, creative, and visually appealing.

Positive: I really enjoy the versatility of Rise Vision. The platform offers both ready-made templates and the flexibility to create my own content, which makes it easy to tailor displays for different needs. The graphics are sharp and professional, and I appreciate the wide variety of templates available—plus the ability to incorporate our school logo seamlessly.

Negative: There isn’t much I dislike now that I’ve been using it for a while. At first, there was a bit of a learning curve and it wasn’t entirely intuitive, but with a little exploration and practice, it quickly became easy to navigate and use effectively.

Summary: Highly recommended. Rise has so many support options to make the most of your signage. Very easy to use.

Summary: Rise Vision helps us keep our stakeholders informed and engaged by sharing important announcements and upcoming events in a visually appealing way. With eye-catching graphics and customizable designs, we can easily communicate what’s happening around the school so everyone stays in the know.

Positive: I’ve really enjoyed using Rise Vision! The quality of the ready-made graphics is fantastic. The graphics are vibrant, professional, and save me so much time. I also love that the program gives me the flexibility to create my own graphics whenever I need something specific for my audience. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and customization!

Negative: The only con for me is that I have to manually delete events once they are over. It is an extremely minor inconvenience because I already update events once a week.

Summary: I recommend Rise Vision over every company! So user friendly for non-tech and tech people. Great quality.

Positive: User friendly, great quality. I enjoy using it to share fun memories for our school so our students and staff can see!

Negative: no cons! I guess if there was one, I wish I knew how to see what is on quicker.

Summary: Rise Vision is solving communication barriers and allowing information to be accessed by all.

Positive: Rise Vision is so easy to use and implement. There are many ways and formats to allow for information to be displayed. My favorite is to use existing Google Slides. Their support of the RiseVision staff is great. They are prompt and do a thorough job of ensuring the issue is solved.

Negative: Needs a mobile app for access while away from the workstation. This could be helpful as I do work outside of the office on a mobile device.

Summary: Overall, we are very pleased with the ease of news around our campus, which allows us to give a bigger student body at the events we may host on campus.

Positive: Ease of Management for displays around your campus or facility. Great that it works with products such as Chromeboxes and other equipment to allow easy installation for the products.

Negative: We haven't really had any issues with Rise Vision, Everything has been pretty straightforward to manage for us.

Summary: Very good platform. Good technical and customer support. Reliable.

Summary: We have been using Rise Vision now for two years, and have loved the switch to it for our digital signage at our high school. They make it super simple to use, and their Rise Vision Media Player makes it more seamless.

Positive: Easy to use and integrate and unlimited pricing is unmatched
Love the templates as well and make it easy to add for all events!

Negative: None now...definitely make sure you are using compatible receivers :)

Summary: Overall, it is a great value and accomplishes everything we need to it do quite well. The resort will continue to utilize it for the foreseeable future.

Positive: Rise Vision allows the resort to quickly share information with guests about current specials in our bars and restaurants as well as happenings on and off property.

Negative: The media player is built on an old android platform that needs updating desperately. It is best to use repurposed Windows workstations in my opinion.

Summary: Overall this is a decent solution for business owners who need to host the media broadcast in their office.

Positive: Rise Vision can be hosted on multiple platforms - As far as I know it works on both Windows 10/11 and Linux. Linux would provide more options when purchasing the hardware, like Raspberry Pi, which is more stable than the Windows PC sticks.

And I like the new UI on Admin portal as well - really easy to navigate.

Negative: So far so good. I don't have much to think about in this field

Summary: Great experience, have had no issues with the product. Would recommend to anyone looking for digital signage.

Positive: Ease of use, being able to separate buildings and departments while having each account under the same "umbrella" has made things easier when it comes time to renew. Notifications when a system is offline. The templates make it easy to create slides, or pages to display quickly on the fly. Customer support is quick to respond to anything that needs troubleshooting, but I've only needed that once in 2 years, and that was for a hardware issue unrelated, but they still assisted!

Negative: Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike. If I had a suggestion, I would say to add a Dark mode for the portal. (if that's not already a feature)

Summary: Overall a positive experience with minimal downsides
