Summary: Rise Vision offers professional, engaging digital displays that can be scheduled and automatically updated with content like jokes, quotes, weather, and dates. It’s widely used in schools but is also suitable for businesses and advertising. The platform provides frequent, quick, and practical training sessions that consistently add value. However, uploading slides and adding them to presentations can feel clunky due to refresh delays, and editing premade templates is limited—text boxes and images cannot be repositioned. More education-focused templates and enhanced editing flexibility would improve the experience.

Positive: Rise Vision creates quality engaging displays that can be set to times and speeds. It auto updates certain ones daily to display jokes, historical facts, quotes, weather, the date, etc. It produces a very professional looking slideshow that is used in our school, but would also be a great application for businesses and ads. There are opportunities for trainings frequently and they are quick and useful, I always leave with a new tool or skill.

Negative: It is a little clunky to upload slides and add to the slideshow, requiring a refresh or lag time for the website to refresh before moving to the next step. It also doesn't allow you to move around text boxes or images when you are editing a premade template. More templates (specifically related to education, schools, teens, etc) and more editing capabilities would be helpful.

Summary: ​I use Rise Vision for advertising events, workshops, and our center's initiatives across campus TVs. It allows us to advertise our offerings and share information efficiently, making it easily accessible to students, faculty, and staff. I like how user-friendly the system is, allowing for content customization on when to display items, like weekly or on certain days and times. It enables collaboration across campus by letting us see other departments' ideas, display different content types such as static designs or videos, and provides helpful template ideas. I also integrate Rise Vision with Canva for designs and Campus Labs for event publishing.

Positive: I like how user-friendly Rise Vision is. I really like how it allows me to customize when I'd like to display items, like weekly, on certain days, or times. I really like how it allows for collaboration across campus, so we can see other departments' ideas and get inspired for content design. I also like how it supports different types of content display, such as static designs or videos, and the provided template ideas are super helpful. Rise Vision helps us advertise events and important info to students, faculty, and staff effectively. It's a one-stop shop for different departments to share and view content easily.

Negative: At times it can be confusing having to toggle from displays, to presentations, etc. I sometimes get confused by the differences, but this is just a stretch and it really isn't that hard to understand.

Summary: I love how Rise Vision simplifies the management of content, making it incredibly easy to oversee digital signage across our school district. The platform's user-friendly interface allows me to efficiently manage various displays and grant teachers and staff access to manage their own content, fostering collaborative use. I appreciate the ease with which I can integrate our school logo into all digital signage, which is crucial for maintaining consistent branding. Furthermore, the initial setup was straightforward, enhancing my overall experience with the software. Positive: I use Rise Vision in our school district for managing digital signage. The platform simplifies content management and user access. I appreciate the ability to easily customize displays with our school logo. I used to use Google Sign Builder but switched due to Rise Vision's ease of setup

Negative: None, It does what we need it to. I have yet to find something that we do that doesn't work.

Summary: I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. Their customer service is the best! Anytime I had a question to their help desk, I had a video tutorial within 15 minutes.

Positive: Rise Vision is great to use and you can change multiple screens on one computer from anywhere in the country.

Negative: The blank template where you can create your own design in the program is difficult to use.

Summary: Extremely happy with the product and always excited to recommend it to other school districts. The price is worth it.

Positive: The platform is extremely easy to use making it perfect for both the technology department and education staff to use. The ability to add content from various sources, create content within the platform, and distribute it to specific digital media devices across our campus has made Rise Vision a non-negotiable addition that has really raised the bar in giving our campus a modern eye-catching appearance.

Negative: For a small, rural school district, the price point can be a little hard in the pitch to convince purchase approvers it's worth the price.

Summary: It's a great experience! Convenient and user friendly with great designs that I can make for any occasion

Positive: Lots of different templates I can use. I also like that I can use Canva directly from the website if there's a custom template I'd like to make.

Negative: I don't think I have any cons. I don't have any issues with using Rise vision

Their customer support team is highly responsive, the alert system works very effectively, the video and image upload process is easy to use, and the platform offers strong value for the money compared to other solutions.

Negative: What I liked least about Rise Vision was the usability of the interface. Navigating themes and locating previously published items can be confusing and time-consuming. Additionally, the player functionality isn’t always consistent, and there are still a few bugs that need to be addressed.

Summary: I like the options for the screens and being able to add and personalize. I am learning more the more I use it.

Positive: I like the ease of the program. I like the variations available. I like the updated reminders. I am learning more and more the more I use it.

Negative: There really hasn't been anything I didn't like. I think more choices are added quite regularly so that is good.

Summary: Great way for us to be able to communicate to our internal employees in manufacturing plant and break rooms.

Positive: Has every feature we'd want, simple intuitive interface, lots of support options for small IT departments that don't have time to figure out hardware issues and need to keep things online. Rollout was easy with a pilot unit and plenty of test runway. Pretty set it and forget it.

Negative: We only have 20 displays, but I imagine working with a huge number of displays could get cumbersome.

Summary: This is a great way to simplify the conveyance of information to your organization. It is simple to set up different presentations for different monitors, and to change the displays for specific times and dates. In the even of an emergency, your organization can stay informed and safe in a matter of seconds!

Positive: Rise Vision is very easy to set up and change presentations on multiple monitors across your network. It can quickly be updated to convey important information in case of an emergency. It allows multiple users the ability to access each device remotely and change the information displayed to meet the needs of specific areas. It is easy to set up and learn, and offers the ability to change the presentations to display information relevant to that area, and change displays at certain times.

Negative: Some media types will have a learning curve. PowerPoint will take some learning, but it is not that difficult to set up.

Summary: Overall, my experience has been very positive. I enjoy using the platform and look forward to the next time I log in to review the new presentations. I also greatly appreciate how inclusive it is.

Positive: I love how customizable it is! You can create your own customized slides while also having slides and presentations pre-loaded to choose from. We can create our own slides completely to market our product, highlight our team, and achievements. Then there are also slides for upcoming holidays, and basic interests/trivia that are easy to load to catch attention and increase engagement. I especially like that since I don't always have time to research or pay attention to those smaller holidays, etc.

Negative: Some of the slides are a little on the plainer side with regard to their design and effects.

Summary: We enjoy using this system for what we need and to get our messaging out. We find it easy to use and compatible with our systems and needs.

Positive: This product is very easy to use and customize for what you want. We use it in our school to show messages and communications to students, staff, parents and visitors. There are a variety of templates to use and you can manipulate the built ones for your own personal use. We also love how it can be shown across multiple screens throughout our building.

Negative: At this time we really do not have any complaints. The system works well for our needs.
