Summary: My overall experience with Rise Vision has been very positive. We use it to display school announcements and special event information across TVs, and it’s been a reliable, straightforward tool for getting timely information in front of students and staff. The platform is easy to set up and the day-to-day management is smooth, so we can update screens quickly without needing a lot of training or troubleshooting.

Positive: We use Rise Vision for displaying announcements and special events at our school, and I really like how easy it is to set up and manage slides. The pre-made templates are great because they help us create content quickly. It's very user-friendly in terms of displaying content in various ways, which makes it efficient to set up information for students on TVs in a fast and easy manner. I also appreciate the better support and the extensive features Rise Vision offers compared to what we used before. The initial setup was really easy for us, and the whole experience has been smooth.

Negative: We would like to have more permissions for users or a way to group users to only see select things. For example, we like a group of users to only see a couple of TVs and only see folders/presentations that only they have access to.

Summary: Overall, Rise Vision is a reliable and effective digital signage solution. It is easy to use, flexible, and helps improve communication across the organization. While there are a few minor areas that could be improved, the platform performs well and meets our needs effectively.

Summary: Overall experience has been great. Very flexible system that was easy to set up and has run without any issues.

Positive: Easy to set up, use, and troubleshoot. We use this on our campus across several different buildings and it's been working great.

Negative: There are some small UI changes I would make it I could but it's nothing major.

Summary: Overall I am satisfied and would recommend this product to other users, particularly K-12 users. Very friendly representatives and quality product.

Positive: High quality product, easy to setup, helpful customer service, large variety of templates, easy to customize

Negative: Some issues with the animations lagging in certain presentations.

Summary: Really enjoyed working with this platform and we ended up with a major improvement because our old system was deprecated.

Positive: Access to modify announcements, set emergency signs, and set schedules for our displays are all easy to use and have built in tools to reset the devices remotely to save me from physically going to the display (all across campus).

Negative: A little confusing finding the right screen between scheduling, content and devices because they all look about the same.

Summary: I would recommend this product to others. I have found it to be easy to use and easy to update over the 2 years I have been a user.

Positive: I have found Rise Vision to be easy to use. I've been able to learn what I need to know on my own. Support has been very quick and helpful.

Negative: My displays have froze up a handful of times, but customer service has been quick to resolve.

Summary: Overall We are very satisfied with the way Rise Vision Works and its really helpful to display all the important information we would like to display on our TVs to stakeholders and executives.

Positive: The way it combines digital signage, screen sharing, and emergency alerts into one platform. We use it on a daily basis and we have no complaints or any downtime

Negative: There is Nothing to dislike about Rise Vision. All good

Summary: Very user friendly and good support system for the customers as well. I am always kept up to date on all promotions and new templates.

Positive: Very user friendly and they have great templates for us to ustilize for all the holidays and more. So helpful

Negative: I have not had any issues with Rise Vision and it is great to use.

Summary: Perfect for our school needs! We are a small elementary school. Kids love seeing all the new images and videos that are posted each week.

Negative: No cons for me! Took a bit to figure out how to use some editing options but is not an issue.

Summary: I'd recommend this software to anyone looking for easy, reasonably priced digital signage solutions. After looking for three years at different vendors and solutions, this is the one that we went with because it checked so many boxes for us.

Positive: Content is dynamic, matches brand, and easy enough that my admin assistants can use it. RiseVision continually sends out updates with new content for holidays and countdowns, so we don't need to worry about a marketing department. (Which is great since we don't have one). The platform agnostic player is great, which means we were able to reuse a lot of existing hardware.

Negative: There are some complex things that this software can't do. We use Hudl for sporting events, which doesn't integrate as well. Trying to set up a multiple display grid (for example, if we want to see all 5 of our main playlists on one display at the same time), hits the processing power max.

Summary: Rise Vision made it so much easier to manage the different digital signage across our school branches, something that used to be so annoying before as we had Chromebits and have to go and do it all manually on each screen.

Positive: The clear UI makes it super easy to use.
We use a combination of Google Slides, videos and photos and it supports all 3 and more.
It tells us when a display stops working (sometimes we have power outages) so we can go and turn it back on.

Negative: Nothing, it works great all the time and never gives us any problems.

Summary: Overall, no complaints. With everything I have to do as an IT professional this technology definitely helps ease the workload.

Positive: The enhanced communication features. Allowing me to share content effectively and helping me save time is a welcomed situation.

Negative: pricing could be a bit better. Just because of the current economy, but It's understandable.

Summary: Overall, Rise Vision is a reliable & effective digital signage platform platform. It meets our school's needs well, is easy to manage once set up, & works consistently for our school displays.

Negative: *Took some time to become familiar with "how-to" (In part due to my own circumstances)

Summary: It completely transformed the way we share our company production data and communications from other departments across all our company areas. We can now have visibility on critical data like goals, down times and urgent notices.

Positive: We were finally able to share real time information on our company displays utilizing PowerBI to connect to our Production ERP database.
Super friendly interface, easy to implement.

Negative: Media player equipment didnt come with mounting instructions.

Summary: Excellent product. Ease of use and setup is very intuitive. An excellent product that was seamless in its installation. We currently have three of the Rise Vision devices running on four large monitors.
