Summary: I'd recommend this software to anyone looking for easy, reasonably priced digital signage solutions. After looking for three years at different vendors and solutions, this is the one that we went with because it checked so many boxes for us.

Positive: Content is dynamic, matches brand, and easy enough that my admin assistants can use it. RiseVision continually sends out updates with new content for holidays and countdowns, so we don't need to worry about a marketing department. (Which is great since we don't have one). The platform agnostic player is great, which means we were able to reuse a lot of existing hardware.

Negative: There are some complex things that this software can't do. We use Hudl for sporting events, which doesn't integrate as well. Trying to set up a multiple display grid (for example, if we want to see all 5 of our main playlists on one display at the same time), hits the processing power max.

Summary: Rise Vision made it so much easier to manage the different digital signage across our school branches, something that used to be so annoying before as we had Chromebits and have to go and do it all manually on each screen.

Positive: The clear UI makes it super easy to use.
We use a combination of Google Slides, videos and photos and it supports all 3 and more.
It tells us when a display stops working (sometimes we have power outages) so we can go and turn it back on.

Negative: Nothing, it works great all the time and never gives us any problems.

Summary: Overall, no complaints. With everything I have to do as an IT professional this technology definitely helps ease the workload.

Positive: The enhanced communication features. Allowing me to share content effectively and helping me save time is a welcomed situation.

Negative: pricing could be a bit better. Just because of the current economy, but It's understandable.

Summary: Overall, Rise Vision is a reliable & effective digital signage platform platform. It meets our school's needs well, is easy to manage once set up, & works consistently for our school displays.

Negative: *Took some time to become familiar with "how-to" (In part due to my own circumstances)

Summary: It completely transformed the way we share our company production data and communications from other departments across all our company areas. We can now have visibility on critical data like goals, down times and urgent notices.

Positive: We were finally able to share real time information on our company displays utilizing PowerBI to connect to our Production ERP database.
Super friendly interface, easy to implement.

Negative: Media player equipment didnt come with mounting instructions.

Summary: Excellent product. Ease of use and setup is very intuitive. An excellent product that was seamless in its installation. We currently have three of the Rise Vision devices running on four large monitors.

Summary: I like it, it's very useful too and very easy for me to use. Especially at work, it makes my job way easier.

Positive: User-friendly, easy to navigate. When I first started to learn how to use it, I got the hang of it right away

Negative: Might have to be repetitive in step if I have to post stuff more than one time.

Summary: It worked great with very little time needed. I think parents liked seeing our displays and looked for updates and events on campus.

Positive: I liked that I could create a google slide and import it easily. I was able to use our school images and pictures of the students.

Negative: It was a little confusing at first to figure out how the schedules worked.

Summary: I use Rise Vision for classroom displays, which not only assists with instruction but also allows emergency notification messaging to be sent and received by every class. I appreciate the ease of use and configurability of Rise Vision, along with the ability to send emergency notifications to the screen to provide important details of incidents. I integrate it with Raptor alert from Raptor Technologies.

Positive: I like Rise Vision for its ease of use and configurability. It's also great for sending emergency notifications, which helps ensure everyone is aware during incidents. The initial setup was very easy too.

Negative: I cannot think of any negatives for Rise Vision or its products.

Summary: Excellent. The product does everything and more. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to display company information.

Positive: Simple management. Easy deployment. Multiple templates. Numerous features. Our end users find it very easy to maintain, as it integrates perfectly with Google Slides.

Negative: After using Rise Vision for over 4 years, I have not found anything I do not like about it.

Summary: 10 out of 10. This makes communication with students so incredibly easy. By using the graphics on monitors across campus, students stay much more informed.

Positive: I love everything about this product. It is so easy to use and the library of templates is incredible.

Negative: I can't think of anything that I don't like. This is a great product.

Summary: Rise Vision is a solid choice for organizations that need reliable remote signage management and scheduling across many screens. It is especially well suited to educational and corporate environments where centralized control and automated updates are priorities. If your signage needs involve highly customized layouts or offline operations, you may want to supplement it with external design tools or evaluate alternatives.

Summary: Overall, I would say this product is very well designed and maintained. I would recommend it unconditionally.

Positive: The platform is easy to set up and use. Tech support is always helpful if I have questions. Overall, a fantastic product.

Negative: The only negative thing I can think of is that it takes several mintues to log in because of the two-step verifcation process. But, hey, that's a minor thing.

Summary: I enjoy using Rise Vision to share information with everyone on campus. We currently have the service displayed on nine TVs throughout our middle school, and in January it will mark one year of using Rise Vision. The platform is very easy to manage and allows me to give access to others so they can help share and create content.

One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to share information on all TVs or target individual screens when needed. Teachers often send me pictures or announcements, and Rise Vision makes it simple to upload and display them quickly. There are also plenty of templates available, which makes it easy to customize displays while keeping everything visually appealing and professional. Overall, it has been a reliable and effective tool for keeping our campus informed and connected.

Positive: The program is easy to assign others to use and it has many templates to get you started. Customer services is great. I used them many times at the beginning.

Negative: Getting it started took several attempts. The scheduling still throws me off when I am trying to publish.

Summary: Rise Vision is always helpful whenever you contact them. The product is reliable and very robust. I appreciate how quick and easy it is to change out shows and such.

Positive: The interface is easy and intuitive. If you already have a buch of chrome devices set up on your signage screens this will be a quick and easy transition. The uptime is great and its very quick to notify you of a screen that has gone offline.

Negative: The Screen Share is a recent addition and has some expected new product problems. I believe it will be a very welcome and stable piece of their product line in no time at all.
