Summary: Overall a good experience and great value for the offering. For the price you cant get more features than currently with OOMA.

Positive: I love that OOMA can now support sending rich text messaging! I've been with 4 other VOIP providers that talk about doing texts, but its only simple text messaging. With OOMA, i can send imagery... and for my customers interaction in an artistic business, this makes all the difference.

Negative: As most VOIP providers go, the tiny lag in answering is still a problem to be solved. This will come from ALL the providers and is not specific to OOMA alone.

Summary: Overall experience is awesome, no issues so far.

Positive: Call Quality and customer service is one of the best in the industry. So far everything is working as expected.

Summary: Seems to work 99% of the time- when it doesn’t we restart the internet connection & the phone to fix it.

Positive: Features- app for smart phone to make & receive calls while away from desk, voicemail via email & app, conference room, virtual fax, & virtual receptionist.

Negative: There’s not really anything to not like- setup was easy & it works as long as your internet is working. Was able to use same ethernet cord going to pc. Only problem I could foresee is if you don’t have an ethernet line where you want the office phone.

Summary: I haven't had many issues with performance. The support staff is helpful. The interface for the phone is easy to use and the phone system was easy to setup.

Positive: I like the features offered such as email voice message, text messaging, good quality call reception, and an office phone unit.

Negative: I don't always know from my Android phone that I am receiving an incoming call from my Ooma number.

Summary: Ooma saved us over 125 a month in USD and provided us more functionality and flexibility so it was the perfect solution for us. If you have a stable/reliable internet connection and you are paying more than 10.00 a month in USD for landline service from one of the legacy providers, it is time for you to switch!

Positive: Ease of use, can use existing hardware, major cost savings, lots of extra features both standard and as upgradeable options!

Negative: It would be better if some of the upgradeable options were included in the standard offering, but of course, Ooma needs to stay in business. :-)

Summary: Overall, Ooma has saved my company time and money by offering an affordable product without cutting down on features. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving Ooma Phone a try over other phone services.

Positive: Offers a feature rich phone service at a great price compared to traditionally phone services and other VOIP services. Easy to set up and personalize, including company directory and hold music. Calls are clear and reliable, both locally and internationally. The app allows the user to take it with them, with out having to do much additional setup.

Negative: I can't say I have a con to mention compared to the previous phone services I have had.

Summary: We have been a user for over 5 years with no complaints. UI - very simple to use by anyone with any level of computer experience.

Positive: Cheap.
Reliable.
No down time.
User interface is simple enough to teach to computer illiterate workers.

Negative: There really aren't any cons that we noticed. We never had a service interruption due to OOMA (only if ISP was involved).

Summary: I would recommend Ooma to any team looking to streamline their processes and increase efficiency during this pandemic.

Positive: I appreciated how quickly Ooma was ready to implement from order date to receipt date. As a result, my team lost almost no time at all waiting on the solution.

Negative: The customer service was unreliable and unavailable at times. It made troubleshooting rudimentary issues difficult.

Summary: System and service are very reasonable. The installation was easy, and porting our numbers went smoothly. Call quality is good most of the time, and so far no dropped calls like we had with our previous carrier. When I have called customer service they have been very responsive and helpful.

Positive: Easy installation.

Negative: Some features/functions not "user friendly" for technically challenged.

Summary: Overall, I'm happy with the product as offered and the price to me is competitive. I'll be sticking with Ooma for the time being.

Positive: The Ooma Business VOIP setup is a cost-effective entry point in my opinion for a small business owner. It was easy-to-setup and overall it's been easy to navigate the functionality that I need.

Negative: Service ticket times can leave a little to be desired. Also, calls get dropped for random reasons which is annoying.

Summary: I can live with the cons because of the fantastic price we get. It has saved us hundreds every month. It is not necessary for the phone bill to cost so much and now it doesn't.

Positive: Ooma has fantastic prices and great customer service. We merged 2 locations together to share the same phone system. The features like call forwarding, recording phones calls, etc are super easy.

Negative: The connection (which has a lot to do with the WIFI carrier) gets scratchy at times.

Summary: Exceptionally excellent product overall, would definitely recommend as that minor problem fixes itself when you unplug and replug the Ooma air 2.

Positive: It's extremely affordable, it has a mobile app and it easily integrates with our current phone system.

Negative: Sometimes it loses internet connection, and no one can hear you.

Summary: Ooma is an outstanding app that anyone can set up and manage - even with little technology experience.
This is by far and large the most affordable (and working!) communications solution for starting and growing businesses with great call quality and customer service.

Positive: I like how easy it was to set up the tool and to manage it.
Ooma Office Pro comes with a desktop app which comes in handy when I respond to customers text messages directly from my computer.

Negative: The long loading screen on the mobile app has been somewhat annoying. When I fire up the Ooma app I want to get straight to business.

I hope that all my meetings will improve to the level where it allows integrating with other apps or solutions in a similar fashion to Zoom.

Summary: So far ease of use and great tech support staff makes me recommend Ooma to my customers. I have yet to have a poor experience with using the Oom voip system.

Positive: Auto attendant feature is getting better all the time. I like the options Ooma has and I also like the tech support staff. I have yet to have a poor experience with the staff from Ooma.

Negative: I don't like the added fees for services. When stating 19.95 per month and then adding on the fees. Make the fees part of the total up front cost for the service.
