    Summary: Overall a good experience and great value for the offering. For the price you cant get more features than currently with OOMA.

    Positive: I love that OOMA can now support sending rich text messaging! I've been with 4 other VOIP providers that talk about doing texts, but its only simple text messaging. With OOMA, i can send imagery... and for my customers interaction in an artistic business, this makes all the difference.

    Negative: As most VOIP providers go, the tiny lag in answering is still a problem to be solved. This will come from ALL the providers and is not specific to OOMA alone.

    Summary: Seems to work 99% of the time- when it doesn’t we restart the internet connection & the phone to fix it.

    Positive: Features- app for smart phone to make & receive calls while away from desk, voicemail via email & app, conference room, virtual fax, & virtual receptionist.

    Negative: There’s not really anything to not like- setup was easy & it works as long as your internet is working. Was able to use same ethernet cord going to pc. Only problem I could foresee is if you don’t have an ethernet line where you want the office phone.

If you have a stable/reliable internet connection and you are paying more than 10.00 a month in USD for landline service from one of the legacy providers, it is time for you to switch!

    Summary: I can live with the cons because of the fantastic price we get. It has saved us hundreds every month. It is not necessary for the phone bill to cost so much and now it doesn't.

    Positive: Ooma has fantastic prices and great customer service. We merged 2 locations together to share the same phone system. The features like call forwarding, recording phones calls, etc are super easy.

    Great tool that keeps getting better

    Summary: Ooma is an outstanding app that anyone can set up and manage - even with little technology experience.
    This is by far and large the most affordable (and working!) communications solution for starting and growing businesses with great call quality and customer service.

    Positive: I like how easy it was to set up the tool and to manage it.
    Ooma Office Pro comes with a desktop app which comes in handy when I respond to customers text messages directly from my computer.

    Negative: The long loading screen on the mobile app has been somewhat annoying. When I fire up the Ooma app I want to get straight to business.

    I hope that all my meetings will improve to the level where it allows integrating with other apps or solutions in a similar fashion to Zoom.

    Summary: So far ease of use and great tech support staff makes me recommend Ooma to my customers. I have yet to have a poor experience with using the Oom voip system.

    Positive: Auto attendant feature is getting better all the time. I like the options Ooma has and I also like the tech support staff. I have yet to have a poor experience with the staff from Ooma.

    Negative: I don't like the added fees for services. When stating 19.95 per month and then adding on the fees. Make the fees part of the total up front cost for the service.
